Took sterling silver flatwear in for appraisal. We were very happy with Adams fair and honest appraisal. We also took in old Gold jewelry & received a good appraisal. Adam is friendly, efficiency, knowledgeable and honest. If anyone has some old antiques, jewelry, gold, coins etc and need a honest appraiser this is the place to go. I brought in a little clock that I thought was over wound but the owner attached a new little pendulum and now it works like a charm. Beautiful shop they have so be prepared to spend lots of time browsing. So many unique items. Highly recommend.

Barry had a clock that had been in the family for many years and when he went into to get it he was so happy with the job they did they cleaned it up and repaired it looks brand new again the service was great and communication about cost was relayed positively before any work was completed we definitely will be going back

Stopped in today to have a repair done to a piece of jewelry, the Gentleman that helped me was awesome and the repair was done in less than a minute! Cool store with great service!

I brought in more than 30 items for the owner to appraise for purchase, and was only offered $60 total for all of the items.

I feel deceived with the very small amount of money I received for everything I had brought in. I personally know that some of these items were of higher value individually then the total amount given for the whole lot.

The owner made me feel like he was doing me a favour, when I know for a fact that these items are worth considerably more than what I had received. There was not even a break down or explanation on the pricing given for the purchased pieces.

I understand it was my choice to accept the offer at the time, however it would have been nice to know how and why the items were priced so low and if they would be donated or used for sale in their store. Had I been told which items were going to be donated, I would have gladly taken them back with me.

Due to the disappointment of this transaction, I returned to the store and asked the owner to explain how he priced my items and I was brushed off which only leads me to further frustration.

This whole experience has left me feeling extremely taken advantaged of and exceptionally bothered.

I trusted this store to be fair due to a past experience but this has left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

We just stopped there first time for purchasing a new watch battery at no charge. Owner is friendly and impression.

Wow! Cool place! Went in to get my watch fixed, they did a great job and in a timely manner but that wasn't the best part of my visit. Best part of my visit was that they made you feel very comfortable and they are more than happy to attend to any need or answer any questions you might have. Very easy to spend hours in there if not days looking at everything they have. The only advice I can give is you should drop by take a look and there's no question you would find something that would be of interest to you. It is an excellent store and I appreciate what they did in fixing my watch.

Absolutely worth visiting! A truly unique store of antiques, jewellery, art, crystals, and fascinating objects. If you want to sell your coins or gold, this is the place to go. And what adds to the experience is the staff! Incredibly knowledgeable, so pleasant and positively a delight to deal with! I went in on the off chance I could find a missing piece for an old bracelet. I didn't find the piece but Adam took the time to rearrange the links so the missing piece is not nearly as obvious. I will be forever grateful.

My husband and I recently hired Bech auctions to handle my father in laws estate sale.

I was very pleased with the results. The estate included a huge saddle shop and lot of vintage hand tools. They handled all the details including disposal of anything that was left over and unsold.

What I liked is that they had lots of pictures taken in the lots and the lots were set up in such a way as to maximize sales. They also co-ordinated the extra advertising I asked for.

Overall the percentage for the sale including all the extra services I requested came to slightly over 20%. Given the amount of staff, resources, time and security they provided, it was money well spent.

Follow up client care was also fabulous.

Karin was very attentive to our needs, communicated through all the steps and handled the details with professionalism.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, or use them again.

I brought a ring of my dads to this jewelry store in leduc. It was all I had left from my Dad. And it was was horrible condition. Considering the sentimental value they said they would fix for me. Karin is an absolute LIFE SAVER!
I went in with my tangled necklace, I had been trying to untangle it for two days with absolutely no luck. I gave Karin a call and she told me to come to the store so she could see what she could do. She was so gentle since it was such a fine chain and with her expertise she GOT IT! She is such sweetheart and you could spend hours in there just looking at the crazy cool things they have. Ive also previously bought a gold coin from them in December as a gift for my brother in law. Her and her husband were so helpful and knowledgeable on everything they carry. I recently purchased a vintage pocket watch from this establishment [ an 1896 Barrett & Sherwood pocket watch with a silver Rockford case ] which, after 126 years, still keeps time accurately, right down to the second. Amazing. Even more amazing is the owner, Karin Thomas. Not only was this amazing woman an absolute dream to deal with, it was even more joyful getting to know her. She is honest, sincere, and knowledgeable about the the items in the store. This isn't just another run-of-the-mill business operating in Leduc. This store is very special, and it is not just another thrift-type store offering items of questionable quality. It takes special people to operate a special business like this, and this lady is perfectly suited to her line of work. If you are looking for high-quality antique items, and are looking to find them at the fairest price that you will find, then look no farther than this establishment. I was not disappointed in the slightest; and you won't be, either.

We had the pleasure today visiting Becks in Leduc and what an awesome little store and the staff there are truly amazing! We went with our 11 year old whom is fascinated with antiques and of course he came out with a few gems. We will definitely be back!

I've been to this location twice and I am alway greeted with a smile and friendly talks and high interest in our business of the day. They also help keep taps on a product or collection item if you ask and if it is publicly available to obtain.

Their gold and silver are nice and growing for those collecting or seeking to stack for the future, I suggest stopping by once a week or when you're able to. I didn't ask this time around but I do believe they could expand their metals if there is interest and a market.
