Beddington Dental Clinic

My Husband and i go there for regular dental clean up.at first staff are so nice and their dental work was so good too.
But since i have insurance from work thats covers dental care also my husband works too.
Each time we go there i told them specially please check with insurance how much they cover and how much i have to pay out of pocket.their respond was “oh theses are regular clean up and filling insurance usually covers “ but thats was not happen end up i have go pay $750 out of my pocket.
If you ever go to this place dont listen what they say call insurance first and ask it is cover or not.
Happy with their service and not happy with instruction and opinion of them.

I've been a patient here for a few years now and have always had a pleasant experience. I had a cleaning appointment with Jackie today and appreciated the conversation (mostly her as my ability to speak was temporarily halted) and how much explanation she was giving. I was able to ask questions and have those questions answered. I also want to give kudos to Sally who was able to assist me in working through some insurance questions I had.

All in all, I've always had a pleasant experience here and would definitely encourage people looking for a new dentist to make their introductory appointment today!

If you need an Implant to go to Dr. L. Lai. He is fantastic and he will make sure that all is flawless takes real care of the implant and additional procedures as well.

Dr. Lai is Super friendly, patient and he listens to your concerns.

He’s very good specially, when you’re nervous around a dentist’s. He’s trying to keep it Relax and calm.

The Clinic is helpful with the payment arrangement as well.

I would highly recommend him to you as well as his team and his assistant, Maggie.

The staff at Bedding Dental Clinic are consistently very pleasant and accommodating. I had a dental crown procedure at the clinic today. Dr. Chan and dental assistant Faria did a fantastic job, and the procedure was relatively quick. I'm very pleased with the results! Thank you!

I have extreme anxiety and find it very difficult to go to the dentist. Everything about the dentist is a no go for me from past experiences. However, the way beddington dental are so personal with your visit makes you feel like a person and not like a failure and they do not come down on you. From the very minute I stepped foot inside, I was greeted very welcoming. They also ask you to fill out a form prior to coming in which allows them to get to know your comfort level. You can tell they made sure they were extra careful and explained things as they went on.

If you have trouble going to a dentist I highly highly HIGHLY recommend trying this dentist office. My hygienist was the absolute best and I hope I always get her.

They are so welcoming and accommodating it was a wonderful experience they helped me with a tooth extraction and I think they just made another customer for life

Amazing dentist and hygienists here! Been coming for so long and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Appreciate all their help and willingness to go out of the way to explain things. They're so friendly and always take their time to fill you in on whatever you need.

Very modern and clean and Dr. Wong is very professional. My case was an emergency and the receptionist was very helpful in getting me booked in ASAP.

I had a very pleasurable experience with Carla. She made me feel very secure and comfortable, providing me with information necessary to keep my teeth healthy.

I had a cleaning today and my Hygienist Mark was fantastic! I’m almost 36 weeks pregnant and he made the experience so pleasant! I’m not ever nervous for cleanings but he still went above and beyond and played some relaxing music and gave me an extra pillow for my neck and back if needed. He adjusted the chair to a perfect setting, I felt like I could have fallen asleep haha He also checked in with me throughout the cleaning. He also asked if I wanted him to clean my Invisalign trays! He was very professional and gentle. Definitely would recommend!

Needed an emergency procedure, and was able to book an appointment within 24 hours. Super friendly staff on the phone both times I called. They also took me in right on time and we're so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. As a first timer at this clinic, I truly was impressed!

Terrible experience in this dental. They didn't do any pre-determination for me. I have been to other dentals before, they always did it for all clients. I thought it was a standard procedure. My dental insurance is enough to use routine cleaning and filling when I have been to other dental. I filled five teeth this time and actually I filled my tooth one year ago at another dentist. So I thought it was unnecessary to fill. They only want to get money from me. The most thing that made me angry was when I tried to figure out the ridiculous thing with a polite tone, they said I shouted at them. She threatened me that if I didn't pay the ridiculous bill I would be in trouble. Fortunately, I recorded the voice which could prove my innocence. If we don't have the right to ask, why do we have service in this palace? The manager was too rude to interrupt me thousands of times. I couldn't say anything. It is so appointed. She knew I was not good at English, so they treated me badly. I would ask for help from the Canadian Dental Association. Just a friendly reminder to you guys, don't go to this dentist if you don't want to be charged much money without informing. I highly recmmond to go Crowfoot Crescent Dental Care or Horizon dental. They really excellent and professional compared with this ridiculous one.  you can compare the price between the Canadian Dental Association and this one. It's expensive.
第一次洗牙，洗了一半说没时间了约了下一次，一口牙洗了两回。既然没时间为啥不告诉我什么时候可以有时间洗全部的牙？对比了一下以前在别家洗牙的花费，这里洗牙的确是比别的家贵一些。第二次说要补牙，我还有点纳闷因为我前年补了牙，不理解为什么这么快就要补，我的牙我自己看起来很好，真的不是那种问题很大的，我爱人都看不到哪里是有洞，所以感觉就是要挣钱。但咱们因为都不懂想着医生说的肯定都是为了我好，我就去了。去之前没告诉我要花多少钱，也不说帮你看看你的保险，以前的牙医诊所都是会帮你做一个预估给保险公司，最后保险公司会告诉你这次可不可以用保险。她们自己辩解说是我们没要求，试想你去了所有的店都做了这个步骤，你是不是就会以为这就是一个basic的步骤？况且这个补牙不是非必须，完全可以下一年再做，这样也不会超过保险能cover的额度，谁也不愿意一年花2000多洗牙补牙吧，都有保险，用保险多好，为什么非要自己掏钱？那纳税保险的钱都白交了。跟牙医诊所进行协商，但是外国经理态度粗暴蛮横，仗着自己英语流利不给你说话的机会，不欢而散。作为一名辛苦挣钱老实缴税的纳税人，有自己的福利不好好利用非要自己花巨额，我是不太能理解。但是店家就只重复这是你的问题，这不是我的问题，推脱责任。试想一个没有尽职尽责的医院，为什么客人要到你这里来消费？希望我的经历让大家引以为鉴，不要因为怕麻烦就自己承担本不该承担的错误！推荐大家去horizon dental 或者Crowfoot Crescent Dental Care，以下excel表格里是根据牙医协会的标准收费价，第一张图是他们的收费，相比可以看出普遍偏高

Went for a chipped off tooth from previous filling at other place. Shorter appointments and faster delivery. I was done in less than 45 minutes. The female dentist who worked on me was noticeably in a hurry. I am not sure whether it was her personality or in a hurry for the next patient. Pleasant and helpful staff!

Dr. Anderson was very patient and gentle fixing my daughter’s teeth. Because of that experience, she is not scared to go to the dentist anymore. Thanks to Talissa for assisting and also to the other lady who took the xray on our previous visit prior to the tooth filling appointment. Amazing staff, excellent service!

This place has been the worst place to ever go to poor service luck of communication and rude manager to every one that wants to get theirs teeth done avoid it by all cost since my hygienist left the clinic I kindly requested them multiple times to give her clic address where she works they won’t give it to me which she would be more then happy to help me out any how rude place rude Monkey business

Everyone at this clinic is extremely welcoming and friendly. The receptionists at the front are very approachable and answered any questions I had. The clinic is extremely clean and very organized. They cleaned the chairs in between treating my 3 and 5 year old. Dr. Pak has treated my children a few times and I really thought they were in very good hands. My 3 and 5 year old were quite relaxed during their dental cleanings and exams as he was very gentle and is a very respectful dentist. We will be staying his patients for as long as possible.

Daughter: Dr. Anderson is the BEST dentist because she is very gentle and she loves animals like me.
Son: Dr Anderson is very funny and kind. She gave me and my sister chicken stuffie.

Third Visit January 27th 2021
Dr. Anderson and Ysa (mind the spelling) were outstanding pulling 2 molars from me. Took a bit longer than expected, but not their fault, my teeth are stubborn as hell. Dr Anderson even made a post extraction call to check how I'm doing, wow!

Dr Anderson and Sonia were absolutely accommodating and provided detailed representation of what needed to be done to my tooth! Very light handed dentist and always checks if you're ok. Sonia, is the best dental assistant, also very friendly and a great sense of humour. Keep it up!

Beddington dental clinic helped me out with a real bad tooth ache. It was short notice but the accommodated me and got me in right away. 20 min later I was on my way. I cannot thank them enough. I have more work to be done and I will.be back

Needed a last minute appointment to get my son's tooth pulled. They got us in within the hour. Staff was friendly and personable. Dentist thoroughly explained what he was doing and all aftercare. Overall a great experience. Will probably switch to this dentist as my main demtist

I did not like the Dentist examination results and estimate for the work ; as for simple Implant he generated unnecessary lots of work to be done ahead of the implant making the estimate more than double of what I have expected.

I am a big chicken and couldn't afford to go to the dentist for a long time so had a few issues. They were amazing, patient, non judgmental, didn't use the stuff that made me feel like I was going to have a heart attack after finding out we have some major heart issues in my family, and froze me super well to get fillings and was able to get my cleaning done frozen so as not to feel the excruciating pain on my front canines. Had a broken molar (probably from stress and clenching over the years) which caused a crack which turned into my first cavity. It was a breeze! Three hours total, cleaning and all the fillings, bad one and preemptive and it's all done. Thanks guys for your help. Now I'm going to go whine because my jaw hurts lol should feel better tomorrow! You rock.

Everybody was great at this clinic. From the receptionists to hygienist Jessen, assistant Kelly and Dr. Pak. Everything was explained clearly and my comfort was a priority. Service was done quickly and cleanly. My husband has also had multiple emergercy visits and was always happy with the service provided. We will continue to come to this clinic for our dental needs.

Very professional and friendly dental office - so refreshing to find such nice people to see dental treatment with. Easy to arrange an appointment and they dealt with me promptly when I arrived. Everyone from the reception staff right through to the dentist was really great and made me feel welcome!

I really want to shout out to my hygienist, Emily. Scaling of teeth is usually painful and uncomfortable. But it really depends on the hygienist, Emily is very caring, professional and patient. She does know what she’s doing and cares about your feeling during the process.

Also, the clinic staff is very helpful and friendly.

With this Clinic over 6 years. But I had nightmare with Dr. Tunison today. He don't willing to solve problem and trying to made excuse to avoid everything concern with my teeth. And created my other health problems. My tooth caused big pain and he ask me to see Medical Doctor. Ridiculous! I did visited my cardiologist today after visited this terrible guy. And my cardiologist asked me "you teeth suffered you so long time and caused you heart problem.why not find a good dental clinic to solve the problem! " But what I should to do? I spent over $6,750 to try to have my two teeth fixed not include my insurance pay every time come back visiting.what a hell! When the dentist put the crown on, she already know the crown is big. There aren't any space between the teeth even the floss couldn't go through at all. But she didn't file regardless cause pain later. She did said if pain or tight, she can file the crown.but suddenly I am so painful and caused my face a little swelling. I have to see dentist right away. I met Terrible Dr Tunison. I told him tooth caused infection and he said no. Then the result is teeth infection caused my heart problem and my cardiologist had to give me prescription for antibiotics. He is so mean and bad without any concern at all. THe only thing he did was try to kick you out right away.

Really made a great first impression by how welcoming everyone was. I liked in particular how everyone made a point to explain everything in detail.

This is my second visit to the Beddington Dental Clinic. Aileen was awesome as always!

Shoutout to the receptionist Alex, very helpful, explained everything to me so that I had a good understanding, estimated the cost for me which I really appreciated.

Came in December 2 for a cleaning. My hygienist Jessie was friendly but rough-in from stretching my mouth form side to side when cleaning my teeth. Poor lack of time management when work was being done. Interupted by another staff member measuring my gums when work should of been completed, and because of this work was not completed in the required time. She also said multiple times that work would not be a thorough cleaning because of the time frame. This is my second dentist visit to this office, both visits have been painful.

Very professional and very clean. They address and answer all questions and while they clean your teeth they explain the procedure to let you know what to expect.

Many thanks to Beddington Dental and Dr. Stephanie Wong for making my implants a reality. Dr Wong's surgical planning and expertise and aftercare made my dream a reality and Office Manager Kirsten Pittman made everything work smoothly. No hitches, you guys rock.

I always have a great time with my teeth cleaning with Mark, he does an excellent job and he is super nice and caring, he puts your comfort first and lets you know if he has to apply more pressure and always makes sure you're ok!

I had my first appointment today and was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of service, beginning from an initial phone call. I will be happy to return here.

Considering the difficulties with the extra precautions necessary due to covid the appointment went very well. The staff was very organized and the forms were filled out via text, social distancing was observed completely. Jesse was great in explaining the new protocols and was very thorough and gentle with the cleaning. Thanks for the great experience.

Dr. Martine Anderson & Miso are incredible! Dr. Anderson is very thorough, professional, and pleasant! You can tell she loves her job! She’s the best dentist I have ever had! Miso did a superb job cleaning, scaling, and polishing my teeth! I cannot wait to return in six months! The office staff is competent and friendly!

It was a great experience in this place. The dentist Anderson and dental assistant Hello were great. The dental hygienist Mr: Jesson Jacob was awesome. He has done an incredible job. His professional experience as a hygienist is awesome.

My hygiene appointment with Jessica is always excellent. She is a very thorough hygienist, and does her work with the utmost care and concern.

I unfortunately had to have an emergency extraction after my tooth broke today and I just wanted to say that my hygienist Michelle was awesome! She made me feel super comfortable, I really appreciated that! Dr. Chen was kind and explained everything clearly. The procedure was over in no time and I'm back home resting. A+ clinic!

I have two things to say about this wonderful dental clinic. First, the staff are always so friendly, gentle and kind. Second, if you have young children, Dr. Anderson and dental assistant Nicole are absolutely magic to watch. They accomplish the impossible, as my four year old was barely even willing to open her mouth. We had some work done when she turned five and the way they put her at ease and told her little stories about what they were doing - it was amazing to watch. I would always recommend this clinic.

The hygienist Justin was very patient with my old mom. Although we ran out of time, he still helped clean up my mom’s teeth carefully & patiently. He was very helpful to help us move my mom to/fm her wheelchair. We greatly appreciate his professional service.

Covid-19 Precautions were excellent. I felt very safe in the waiting room and in the dentist chair

This is a very professionally run dental clinic. The waiting room is large which I really appreciate and there are lots of staff at the front counter.
There is lots of parking in the huge lot.

I am considering sedation dentistry so it is nice to know it is an option here.

Took the boys for cleaning today and service was expidited, dental team was great. My little man was nervous this being his first time to clean his little dentures. The hygienist was great and patient with him, calmed down and loved the polishing!

Attended just a cleaning. Everything about the appointment was smooth. Easy booking process, kind admin staff, appt was exactly on time and most important excellent hygienist (Miso). The best, most pain free dental appt I’ve had in years. Would recommend this place to others.
