BELFOR Property Restoration

We used Belford for our basement restoration a couple years ago, not only did they take months to complete the task but the craftsmanship was horrible I wouldn’t recommend them. I wouldn’t want them to come back and rework the poor work they completed in the first place. I wish I could post pictures to show how brutal the work they completed was.

Came home to a flood in the basement. Called the company and they said they had 2 mangers going around doing quotes, could be 24-48hrs. Company called 9 days laters. The worst customer service ever! I would not recommend.

Clinton was my first contact and remained my " project manager ". Throughout. Great consistency and followup.

The basement flooded. Called rude and all they could say was there is 35 people in front of you. No estimate of even when they could come could be five days or longer. Insurance companies don’t cover damage when it’s left like that. As large as this company is expected better results. Won’t Ever Call for Service or recommend to anyone.

We had Tyler and Logan come in and do some work for us last Friday and they were absolutely amazing! Very clean.professional and extremely friendly! Would definitely recommend these 2 every single time!

I can't begin to say how grateful I am that Clinton Russell [Project Manager] and Team took care of a water line leak that another restoration company did not do the job correctly several years back. My mother who is a senior citizen and can be easily frazzled, especially going through the same ordeal a second time was pleasantly relaxed as the guys made sure she was always in the loop of the steps that were going to be performed how and when. There were no missed appointments and tasks were completed when scheduled and in a reasonable time frame. All involved did a very nice job and they did a very nice clean up job as well.
I wouldn't hesitate to refer this company from the experience that was received. Thank you so very much to all concerned.

Great service and staff! Tyson, the general manager, was very easy to talk to and was quite accommodating. They also helped me out with something unrelated to my insurance claim which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend!

We were really impressed with their responsiveness. They were able to get to work within hours of the damage occurring. They did an amazing job of cataloguing our losses, which made for an easier experience with our insurance company. The rebuild was done well, with their staff being professional and cordial.

I walked into my kitchen to see my ceiling was bubbling under the paint. My shower upstairs had cracked and a day's worth of showers ended up in my kitchen. I was in total panic and horrified at the thought of having repairmen in my house. In the past years I had very bad contractors who did terrible work while I paid and lost a lot. Austin arrived within an hour of me calling my insurance. He was thorough to find where the water damage was, set up fans, explained the process to me and even managed to calm my fears. I originally went with this company just because they are the ones my insurance sent. Watching the care they took that the cleanup I decided to hire them for the restoration work.
The quality of everything was excellent. I am so impressed with Logan's drywall and painting skills. All the staff were so kind and professional, taking care in all their work. I highly recommend Belfor and already have plans to hire them for future work. Thank you so much guys!

Had a water main break in our house at 10pm in Sylvan Lake. Belfor was there by midnight with 7 industrial dryers and 2 dehumidifiers. They pulled our baseboards and got our basement drying. 3 days later there was no moisture. Their quick response prevented any water damage. Any advise they gave me was from a homeowner perspective and they billed fair.
