I was in the store on Boxing Day trying to set up an Apple Watch for my kid on a standalone plan after having no luck with the call centre agents. Muhammed and Austin were both so patient and really went above and beyond to help me figure out a way to set it up. I am grateful and left a happy customer! Thank you!

She was incredible, listened to what I wanted and worked her magic to get me a package that was so much better than what I was offered by calling the loyalty department at Bell. I am thrilled with the service I received from Anusha, the phone and package I have.

I came in needing a new phone and plan and the guys made it a quick, simple and clear process. This is the second time they’ve made it a great overall experience. The service from Bell has also been a great compliment - I will be dealing with them in the future as well.

Upgraded and got my new iPhone after my contact ended, Ethan helped with everything that I needed to do alongside his manager Danish who got me a good price for the phone.

Went to this location today as I had some unexpected issues with my old phone overnight and had to upgrade in store immediately. Nuh went above and beyond helping me with my new phone and contract which really helped to ease my anxiety over the issue. Great location and customer service here from Bell!

Went to Bell Core as I dropped my phone and shattered the screen. Nuh went through my options with me and made some suggestions. There was no pressure, I came back the next day and he helped me decide on a new phone and he went through the features of the different phones and went through the details of the contract. I have never written a review in my life but the service at this location was so exceptional that I just had to. Both Nuh and Zeb were incredibly helpful and knowledgable. I fully recommend coming to this location if you need to upgrade or want to change your plan. They made upgrading easy and stress free and got me a great deal. Absolute legends. Keep it up boys!

This is a really amazing location for all your needs be it business or personal. Nuh Ibrahim really gave me a tailored solution for all my business needs and was very helpful in setting up my phones as well. The customer service is top notch and I will surely return back here for my future needs as well, highly recommend this location!

I went to bell core to look for a better data plan and to reduce my monthly bill especially since I am a student. Nuh Ibrahim was attentive to my needs and made my transition from my old provider to Bell a fruitful experience. I was struggling to make to some changes to my Bell account so I went to a nearby Bell store. Nuh and Zeb were fantastic! Not only did they figure out the solution to my problem, they helped me get it sorted out. Worst customer service. I walked in with a problem about my network connection. Showed the customer service rep my phone, he just scrolled through my phone and tell me to call *611. Useless. This location has been having these customer service issues, I suggest Bell take a closer look at it. There are many telecom companies with competitive pricing out there, don't create another reason to loose customers

I had the best experience at bell! I came in just looking to compare prices and plans for a new phone. Getting a phone for me is not something I usually do. I keep my phones for as long as I can so I didn't feel a need to get one immediately since I still had a working one. But their pricing were justified, and they took so much of their time explaining their pricing to me. I was so worried as a student that I would have to pay a deposit but I got approved for zero down as well. And above all they traded my oldest phone to get a 100 dollar credit so I didn't have to worry about the added expense of protecting my phone. My plan monthly was so cheap. I walked away not having to pay a dime on the spot and that is honestly as good as it can get for me. And I truly feel my phone and my plan is an upgrade and worth the money. Additionally their cheapest plan for a phone included unlimited data with a maximum of 20 gbs. I haven't seen that at the other companies I was getting estimates from like Freedom and Telus. Jen especially was really patient and understood my budget as a student! Thanks so much for everyone's help at bell! Made my entire month honestly!

I keep getting calls from fax machines and I looked up all the numbers and they lead to this Bell building. Non stop calls from many different machines. I've blocked so many numbers and they continue to call me 30 times a day. I tried calling to get it dealt with but can't get out of the automated voice system to talk to a human about getting it dealt with. There's no option anywhere I've tried multiple times.

Bought an S7 and was promised a $200 discount. Their system wasn't working and they promised they would submit a credit to my account within 4-6 weeks. Followed up several times over 4 months, was told by 2 salespeople and 2 different managers that it was submitted or they would personally submit it and send me an email. I never received the email or my account credit. They stole $200 from me. I called the main Bell company and they refused to help. Been with them for over 10 years, means nothing to them. DO NOT GO HERE EVER.

UPDATE: After many months of diligent follow up with the store, a manager came back from vacation and happened to remember when I got my S7 and honoured the $200 credit. Happy I eventually got what I was promised, but this should never have happened. Recently bought an S10 at Best Buy because Bell was $140 more expensive and they could not do anything for me (e.g. Throw in a phone case/screen). Still do not recommend.

Wish I could afford a new handset and give Bell a try again, but held hostage, doesn't pay well obviously
