So we came into the bell center and we meet Preet and Kumar. They were extremely helpful in helping us change my phone number to a canmore number and at a very reasonable price. I have the worst experience with Bell in South Centre Store (Arthur) this guy didn’t hear before customer service. He cheat me while I was getting phone offer and add extra charges of 80$! Can u imagine deal on Black Friday of getting iPhone 13 with 1$, I paid 80$! And when I return back to the store he told me cancel the deal of the phone. I confirm with him to return back to my plan before this deal. He said this offer is available any more (it not offer, it my plan for more than 2 years). I feel so bad with Bell. I have been more than 3 years with them. No one help in the store. Where is the manager to help customer the are getting fraud and deceit in there store? Don’t go to this store.

I needed a new phone because mine kept dying. Everyone was very helpful And patient with me, while my phone switched over. So now I have upgraded my phone and have a great plan I definitely like the staff at south centre Andy was great.
Genesis is who you want to see here. He made the process of adding a new phone to my business line incredibly easy and hooked me up with some great business plan incentives I didn't know about. Walked in a little after five. Only 2 people working the counter. 2 customers being taken care of and me. The 2 employees ether were struggling to communicate or understand what the customers in front of them were in need of or I dont know. Waited 18 mins before even being greeted. Now at this time 3 more customers walk in. As I am finally approached and get up to the counter the rep "Andy" said " Actually I have to help another customer first ". Horrible service. I would recommend having more then 2 people on shift.
Went in to get a new phone for the fiancée, Andy helped us out and made sure we had everything we needed and at a price that we all thought was a good deal.
Came in looking for a phone upgrade and was not disappointed. Ended up saving money and got more data and a better phone. Andy was a huge help, giving me his honest opinion regardless of corporate overlook. Not that he said anything to belittle the company, but he had my best interests in mind from the very start. Best costumer service I got in a long time. I think her Name was Rachal or Rebecca. I got to the store thinking that everthing will be in place to just switch my phones over just like I was told on the phone to be at any store at a this time. I got there and nothing was done so she toke charge called around and told us step by step what's going on and fixed everthing very patiently. Best customer service that I received when it comes to purchasing cell phone plans. Store Manger Kumar understands basic principle of customer service which is treat your customers the way you want to be treated If you are on the other side of the counter. Just as simple as that. Keep up the good work!
Andy was a great help! We upgraded my wife’s phone, and transferred her old phone to my daughter. Andy made the whole process easy, and even managed to save us some money on our monthly bill.
We went to the store without a formal appointment but Kumar took care of the overall process meticulously even though it was a busy Friday evening. He went through all available options that will fit our usage and budget and was able to finalize everything including porting the number from another plan. It was a very pleasant experience. Kumar was very professional and friendly too!
Had my own phones, switching to Bell monthly and had Andy lead us through the entire process seamlessly, with Kumar overseeing the process. We had a lot of fun and laughs along the way which made the process enjoyable for all. This customer service was above and beyond. Will tell everyone about my experience there. Great post-purchase help from Andy today to setup 2 new phones. Very understanding and patient for a couple of super- seniors. He is a great asset to Bell.
Set me up with a contract closely matching my previous one with Solo, plus around $10 a month for two years to pay for a new phone. Original employee was very clear in confirming that I would be back to my original rate once the phone was paid off. They never changed my rate well after the two years was up, and the mybell system makes it tricky to even go back and see when my first bill was. Went in to ask an employee about it and he just used semantic jargon to claim that the contract would never change, despite having more than paid for the phone, and that switching to a monthly plan would cost twice as much anyway if that's what I want to do. I told him "what I want is for people to be honest with me in the first place if I'm going to do business with them", to which he sarcastically said "that's nice".
Bell has a very selfish business plan. Call in to cancel the service and change the name. Bell said we need to go to service shops, went to Bell South centre mall, the staff suggested was the only way has to do cancellation online! I went to Bell website and email them cancel it. But it didn't work! I still cannot cancel or discontinue the service plan, even though we don't have a contract with Bell anymore. It is their fault Bell should write off on their own mistake charge! Bell is still expecting to get a payback (wrong charge) on everything for their best, not for customers. Please cancel and stop charging the service account number 532381478 Calgary.
Very poor attitude and customer service from Tyler. My boyfriend and I came in looking to get a phone upgrade as he is a Bell customer, and Tyler was very rude and short with us when we were asking simple questions. We left the store not purchasing from them because of Tyler’s attitude toward us.
Thank you to Andy and Tyler (?) for your help today! We appreciated you welcoming us into the store, finding us the best deal, and making the switch from Rogers easy and pain free. We are really happy with our new phones and the great plan prices.
WARNING: BELL IS SKETCHY Not something I thought was possible with such a big company but here we are.
I joined Bell on Dec14th 2020 because my contract with my previous provider was up and Bell had the most appealing deal advertised. I thought cool went in and thought Id be out of there in 30-40 mins with new phones. Wrooooong. It took me over 3 hours to leave the store because they had an issue adding a promo (the whole reason I went with Bell). I would have left but at this point my numbers have been ported over so I had no choice but wait. I was assured by the dealers that it will be handled on their end. Of course knowing better and having trust issues understandably I followed up within the time I was allowed to bring the phones back. The manager at the dealership assured me that the issue has been resolved and I would see the promo credit on my next bill. Wroooooong. Got my bill and still no change. The customer service including loyalty will not do a thing because I didn't renew online. The dealer keeps dodging me and telling me the manager is either away or has a "family emergency' and there's nothing they can do on their end. At this point I will be taking the phones to another provider for a BYOD plan and as for Bell they will be getting $0 from me instead of the close to $200 a month and I'd happily go to court to dispute this scam that they are trying to get away with and shine a light on their sleezy business anytime.
I guess its on me for not going on here and looking at reviews before joining them. Theres a reason they are at the bottom of the list for service. All the one star reviews have valid reasons and all the 5 star reviews are clearly paid for or their employees/family members trying to fluff them up.
