Bell

I purchased a Bell I phone earlier this year from a young Asian fellow who helped me some to get started. When I came back a few days later the owner was their but wasn’t very helpful. When I continued to ask? He said he would put me on the bad list!? Very poor service and I won’t go back!

This is the worst bell store ever bell asked me to go in store to get a new simcard as the one they sent with my new device wasn't working these people just tried to charge me $15 for one when bell canada said its covered.

Update. I went to a bell store 2 blocks away and Sim card was free. I urge nobody to shop in this store. Horrible service

Excellent service. The store was busy but the gentleman was very flexible ensuring I didn't have to wait as he came over to write down my number and name and I felt compelled to stay even with line up since he was going the extra mile and so generous. When it came time to me, I got a great offer. Keep up the good work!
