Wouldn't exchange my iPhone for the one I wanted. Because I had taken the sticker off the box. But didn't even ask nor give me any options on which one when originally purchased. And laughed at when telling her I have mental health issues which is reason why I removed the sticker. Rude and very unprofessional

This store is a joke. Just bought a new phone a few months ago from them. I have misplaced the charger so went to pick up a new one. They said the phone was so old they no longer carried the charger. They suggested my going on Amazon to try and find one. Thanks for nothing Bell.

I use this store for all my Bell needs. Narda is always pleasant to deal with and she know her stuff inside and out. I trust her implicitly, which I can't say about BELL mobility itself. She has gone above and beyond many times over, she is accomodating and has stayed late. She will even work through phone/email to get everything lined up before you get there to save time and be COVID safe.

I came her to buy something and after talk with Narda, the service was so good and clear that in the end, i was able to upgrade my phone and my wife phone, Narda was patient and with the knowledge to suggest the best plan for us, if you have a chance pass by and you will see the best customer service in Edmonton.

I highly recommend this Bell location, my reason being Narda. Today was my second visit to this location, and both times both my husband and I have left smiling. Narda gives consistently astute, helpful and absolutely pleasant customer service to everyone we had seen enter the store. Her happy and friendly demeanor while proficiently explaining everything from phone specs to monthly plan breakdowns is infectious and you cannot help but smile along with her. We live very close to some other Bell locations however we will continue to make the trip to this one as we are so happy with Narda's service. Thank you Narda, you rock!

Complete waste of time. I'm switching to telus. They never have the phone you want and have to jump thru hoops to get anything done.
