I’ve been meaning to write this review for months. Long story short, my Dad who lives in Medicine Hat had a bad stroke a few months back. I went into bell in order to assist my Dad in getting a new phone that would be better suited to his needs. I spoke with Tyler who was absolutely so helpful. He made the incredibly stressful process very simple and easy to manage. I was so beyond thankful for the level of customer care and service I received. I am considering the switch to Bell Mobility myself. Thank you Tyler for your patience and your sense of humour.

The staff at this store are so kind and friendly. I went into 3 phone stores in the mall today and Bell far exceeded the others. Tyler helped me and was super great and keen to help. Each of the other staff went out of their way to chat with me as well!

I want to give a big shoutout to Gloria! After such a hassle trying to switch service providers she really pulled through and helped me get my account and phone here all set up! I was very stressed out during the whole ordeal and she made everything much easier for me. I highly recommend coming in to see her if anyone has any issues with Bell.

This review deserves 0 stars. I experienced a very rough situation in which my ex was harassing me. At one point we shared phone lines and he was an authorized user. I requested that lines be canceled and his authorization taken off so my number can remain unknown to him. I was assured that this was done and proceeded to change my number for 3rd time. Well not even 2 days later I started recieving phone calls from again. I had no idea how it was even possible he would get my number. I called bell back and was assured that it would stop as everything was changed. It did not. I finally switched to a different provider and called bell today to cancel my services completely with them and was informed that the authorization was not taken off at all! So now I have to pay $1200 for an early phone line cancelation when bell did not take my authorization off. I have been a customer with them for 8 years and when asked what they could do about the mistake they made, they outright told me nothing. The amount of stress this mistake caused me was unbelievable. I will never use bell again and advise anyone thinking of using them to reconsider.

Great experience at Bell this evening. Walked right in and Jennifer guided me through purchasing a new phone. Excellent customer service. She answered all my questions and made the whole process easy. Thanks, Jenn! Highly recommend.

My experience with Bell in the Medicine Hat Mall was AMAZING. One of the people named Yuvi I think his name was, was absolutely amazing and nice. There was other people that were helping us too, and they were very nice as well. Thank you for the amazing experience Bell.

My husband needed a new phone and plan. Our past experiences at this store were stressful and took forever. We were amazed by how helpful, knowledgeable and thorough their employee Jenn was. She made our shopping experience very pleasant and stress free.

Went tonthe store. They imformed me that the device would be covered by warranty. Several days later was told I would have to pay $230 to repair my phone. Whatever. After me calling 39 days later phone is repaired. When I went to retrieve it, they could not transfer all the data back of the loaner (S7, surprised it wasnt a Nokia). Took 1 hr 51 minutes. To top it all off the phone I sent away was black abd the one returned is bluish purple. When I phoned Bell its my responsibility to straighten this out. Bell overall 0 starz. The staff 3.5. Not entirely there fault

Just wanted to give five stars to Jennifer who works at the store:) she gave great customer service, she made sure we came first before any phone calls or other duties, she kept a smile on and a positive attitude, and she is very helpful with any questions asked! What a great experience! Thanks Jennifer!

Great service! They love to aggressively upsale product, and when Your contract is up and you're ready to get a phone wait a couple weeks because the next generation usually comes out

Upgraded my phone last summer and the sales rep aggressively persuaded me to get the smart/phone care in case it broke or was lost. He led me to believe that the extra insurance would "cover" it but failed to mention that there is a $300-400 replacement fee! My screen stopped working and it will now cost more to get it replaced by bell than if I simply outsourced the repair. Also bell outsources their own repairs and replacements which makes it a hassle itself.

Just signed up with Bell on a two year plan. Meghan was my sales rep and she did an awesome job. She was friendly, professional, answered all my questions and provided great service. I highly recommend the Bell store in the Medicine Hat mall.
