It was that time of the season, every two years, we upgrade and change plans. Well, we had the best experience yet with Huy and the team at Bell Market Mall. He explained everything clearly and concisely. He was friendly and outgoing, especially after working all day. Our transition took us past closing and he stayed and was patient all the way through the process. We came away with what we believe was a good deal and new phones. Thanks Huy! You’re the bomb!
We went to Bell with a full set of different scenarios for renewal of our Bell plans and Mangal Bhatia was extraordinarily good at finding the optimum plan for us.
Once we found the best plan, he was able to find different discount and while setting up the phones, shared nice conversation and stories.

I came into the Market Mall Bell store for help with an online order and transfer from Freedom as I had run into issues with online tech support. Huy spent an hour on the phone with Bell helping me resolve the errors that had somehow occurred with my online order. I had been struggling with this order for almost two weeks between online and phone customer support. Huy helped resolve all my issues in person, and I am so grateful for the assistance and genuine desire to help me out. If you’re looking to get a new phone or plan, I would highly recommend you come into the Bell Market Mall location as their staff is beyond helpful!

Beware when doing the device return option. I had a terrible experience. Returned the phone the same day I purchased a new one. 1 month later I had a $560 charge on my bill saying that I did not return the phone to bell. I contacted the sales representative Jackie at the market mall location. He stated to me that this was normal and not to worry about it. Well 3 months later I still have this charge on my Bell account. Jackie kept giving me excuses and saying don't worry about it. He couldn't even fix this problem for me. Another sales representative had to look at it. I don't think Jackie knows his job very well. I get a msg from bell saying if my bill is not paid I'm getting cut off. I tried to explain my issues to customer service and supposedly they operate 2 different systems and can't do anything about it. The store has to sort it all out. I got the new phone in February and this was finally resolved in July. After hours on the phone with customer service and the market mall bell store it was finally resolved. Very stressful. I suggest if you do the device return option make a note of your imei number.
I would highly recommend anyone that’s going to this bell location to see Jacky. He has excellent customer service, he will provide you with all the information you need, he’s transparent and he will give you the best deals!
