Had a brutal experience on the phone with the 611 number. Was extremely close to cancelling bell as a whole but got a hold of this location. In the past I would just go to random Bell store and feel like just a number or like they just want to get me out fast. I’m not the best with tech stuff, so having someone explain things to me, be upfront about the charges and help me transfer my stuff makes all the difference. I’m so happy with the care I get here! I had a great experience today at this location. Both Shervin and Glen were super professional and helpful and they got me set up with 2 new phones. They went above and beyond and got me great deals.

We are looking to get a new phone and better deal but the customer service representative looks like in hurry to close the deal right away. Not friendly at all and you can tell by the way he look at us that he don't want to answer our questions anymore and just to hurry sign and go. He expect us to just sign and agree to the contract and dont ask any questions and when we did he did not explain it to us but just repeated the words that we just ask him when i needed is an explanation about that charges. He also said he will give us 1 free item but we ended up paying it for a discount instead. Worst customer service.

I have used this Bell Mobility location on 130 Ave for many years. Once again they have proven why they are the first choice for your cell phone services locally. Today they were super stars in sorting out a sim card issue. My company has around 20 devices and it can get confusing managing equipment.
