I have been a faithful loyal customer of bell for YEARS. 6 months ago They stole money from me and they're still demanding it AND ADDING LATE FEES. I have proved it to them by emailing my bank records. Last month they told me to have the funds reversed as it was fraud only to have the bank laugh and say bell received the money and they have it on their end that it is been deposited to their bank.well at this point I have filed an report with the RCMP and I encourage anyone else to do so as well. Theft is not right and especially if it's a company

Avoid bell at all costs, I had mobile WIFI for my truck and I cancelled it after 1 month due to poor service.cancelled my account and now billed for a service that has been cancelled 3 months ago as BELL bills every 2nd month.good luck getting assistance in the matter.

Amandeep was extremely patient and helpful today with upgrading to a new device and transferring the data. Everything went smoothly. I have 3 devices with my account and he also was able to go through each plan and offer advice on the best plans and offers available.

I have had issues with the network in last 5 days, and they can't fix and they said it will take 7 to 10 business days, or if you want, you can leave, it's so bad.

I walked in today! Asked about my plan, She was very rude and yielded at me! And when I told her please low your tone, she even pushed harder! She told me I don’t understand her.
I asked for another representative but she reversed the story. The co- worker believed Jasleen! They told me to leave and they will call security!
Do not buy from this location!

Iam not impressed. I will never recommend Bell to my friends if this how hard to deal with them, I been with them for a long time but they dont have consiideration.

I am very impressed with service of Rumman. Me and my wife came in today and he really made us both so happy. We'll done and good job to this employee. He was very easy to understand even though we have trouble with the language he did his best. He speak slowly and clearly for us and treat us with respect.

Rumman was very patient and helpful, setting phones up for my family. I would recommend others to see Rumman for cell service assistance.

Funny story! I initially went in store at bell londonderry mall to pick out a charger for my friend. Met Rumman, who introduced me to the promo they had going on. He was so so helpful, friendly, and professional. He helped me seek the best possible deal, and just like that, I upgraded my phone along with a smart watch. Based on the experience and customer service I received, I'd definitely recommend you go see Rumman.

I went to the Bell Londonderry store to upgrade my phone today and Du was very helpful and patient with all my questions. He set up my new phone and explained everything very well. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone who isn't tech savvy! Thanks Du!

Just finished receiving service with Rumman at the Londonderry Mall. My partner and I had excellent service and alot of laughs exchanged. We were able to get the phones we wanted at an affordable price. I'm happy with everything that was done by the store associate RUmman as he went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our purchases. I would 100% recommend

Rumman helped me out today. He was a really cool, fun sales associate and did so much for me during my experience at bell.
