I had my screen repaired on my phone, competitive price, great service, fast and friendly. They made me feel welcome and valued as a customer! So nice to have my phone fixed in my community and not have to drive to Edmonton or elsewhere for repairs.
2 years ago when we updated our phones, had an amazing experience. Went in this time and the whole experience was awful. Any staff we talked to was super friendly. That being said, total chaos and confusion at every step. Went in to upgrade our phones but we were told that we couldn’t upgrade for three weeks and we’re sent away. Got a phone call three days later that said sure we could upgrade our phones and to come back in on Saturday and the gentleman would help us. Came back in on Saturday and he was not there. Went back in on Monday and he said that he would order us the phones in the colours we wanted. Called and told us our phones were in and we could come in to pick them up. Went in to pick them up, another gentleman was working, and had no idea what we were talking about and said there were no phones there. We went back another day and three out of the four phones were there. Upgraded three of our phones and were told we could come back at noon the next day and upgrade the fourth one. Came in at noon and of course the phone wasn’t there. At one point in one of our many visits to the store, the manager was there, and asked how our service had been. We said it was awful.he just shrugged it off and said the gentleman helping us was new and learning. Finally managed to get our fourth phone upgraded. We were told there would be a $50 charge for each line on our account and if we just phoned Bell they would reverse those charges. When I called the lady on the phone said that I knew what I was doing when I signed the contract and I had to pay for those charges. I went into the store to go talk to them, and his suggestion was that I should just keep calling until somebody finally credited the amount. This gentleman said the manager would be in in the next hour and I should phone and talk to the manager. I suggested maybe the manager should phone and talk to me when he got there to try to sort this out. Of course, never heard from a manager and am not happy with any of my experience at this Bell store.
They called me to offer me a phone deal. I went there the next day (during their business hours). They were closed. A wasted trip of more than one hour one way.
Upgraded our phones today. Excellent service. Kudos to Juneet No problem or if you want to just walk in like an no problem or if you want to just walk in like a fire don’t have much get it done and Vinay. Best service we’ve ever had from these gentleman! Thank you
Loved my experience at the store. Super friendly staff with good technical knowledge. Mr Juneet helped me to set up a great plan and phone. Best phone store highly recommended.
No help when an actual issue arose Our company has been customers of this business for several years and have always received great service when we were purchasing new phones and tablets. This is until an issue arose where we needed their help to deal with Bell corporate and charges on our account. It has been 3 months and nothing has happened. No update from Bell corporate and I am being ignored by Phone Garage at this point about this issue. In fact, simple requests like adding on travel plans to our cell package take several reminders or outright ignored. The quality of a company is measured when things go wrong and the quality of this company is sorely lacking when actual help was needed.
Who would have thought? A little store. A little bit hard to find.use maps.it works. About an hour for us to get there (and back). But worth it. We upgraded two phones and got a terrific plan! Straight talk. Great deals! Very professional customer service. Go there if you want to save some money on mobility. If this was your first stop shopping for upgrades and plans, I'm thinking it would end up being your last stop. Thanks to all that helped us today! (Bell and Telus use the same towers!)
Worked with Sagar to get setup with a new plan and phone, his support was exceptional. He was so patient with my children and his technical knowledge and resourcefulness was next level.
