My daughter and I upgraded our phones today. Janelle was absolutely amazing. She answered all the questions we had. She helped us pick out accessories. And did a great job applying the screen protectors for us. Highly recommend this Bell location! Staff are wonderful:)

Tori is amazing! She explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all our questions and we had a lot! She is extremely knowledgeable in the products and services offered and helped us make an informed decision on the phone plan and other services that are available! Tori is my go to from this point on! I highly recommend if going to bell deal with Tori in parkland mall!

This store is amazing. Lynsi Hamelin went above and beyond to assist us with a return that no other store would help us with. She was in constant contact with us while waiting for answers even checking in on our inquiry while she was on days off. I have been recommending this store to everyone I know and will most definitely be back. If I could give more stars I would.

Sharon was very patient and polite with my visit. My pick up of my new phone had problems and she worked her way through them. I was very happy with her help.

Today we switched from another provider after 15 years with them and couldn't be happier. Tori S was great to deal with and took the time to explain everything we asked along the process. The staff was awesome with our kids along with other customers with children that entered the store. We are very happy with our experience there today.

I just want to say tori is an amazing sales rep, she wasn’t uptight, she knew what she was talking about and aaaand she stayed late after the fact the store was closed to make sure my phone got set up! She was super easy to talk to and definitely deserves a raise (maybe the s23 ultra ;p) I got you Tori haha. Anyways thank you so much being great support and helping me set up my new iPhone 14 pro max! I’ll deffs be coming to you guys for a my phone inquiry’s!

We actually walked into the Parkland Mall Bell store to cancel our account with Bell. After some conversation with Tori Scotvold we decided that we would switch over to Bells sister company Virgin. Tori just happened to be the greatest customer service professional we have ever run across. She switched us over, explained everything single question we asked her and definitely went above and beyond for us

Im a government employee and changed providers for my discount. Tori was very professional and helpful. Due to this i asked for her cards to hand out at work as this is such a great deal with great service.

Sharon at Bell in parkland mall helped my mom get a new phone. She is extremely knowledgeable as well as patient. Helped get us a great deal and a great new phone. Would recommend Sharon to anyone that needs a new device!
