Bell branch in Prairie Mall has a very good Customer service. Just stopped by there to get my phone upgraded. It was a very good, smooth and fast transaction with Amrit. Really explained everything and even suggests us the good deals that we can get.

I smashed my phone and had to go in and deal with bell. To replace it was alot of money and I went in upset, hateing to have to pay an big bill and the prosses of dealing with switching everything over, a guy working there named Real was understanding, polite, knowledgeable on the deals I could get and what phones were better then others and I'm not a tec person so it helped alot, I left smiling after everything knowing I did get the best deal possible he tried to help any way he could which made the prossess painless and easy. Today we went into the Bell store to transfer phones and purchase a new one. The guest service employee Real took care of all our need in a timely and efficient manner. Answering all our questions. He was a pleasure to work with.

This bell branch at Prairie Mall provides excellent customer service! Amrit was very helpful with me today. She explained very well the details of the plan I was looking for. She even showed me the computations of my bills and I did understand it well. I got the best plan from this branch and I am pleased! I recommend this place for your mobility needs.

I just want to give a shout out to Olivia! I was "one of those" customers that came in 15min before closing wanting to set up a new account and do a few switches.
