We had a great experience in this store. They go above and beyond of our expectations. Especially STEVEN and JOT, they are vey nice and accommodating. I am the only one using Bell in my family, but because of their professionalism and their being friendly to us, we decided to avail the Family account which is very helpful if you are family 4 or more. Discounts and monthly due they offered are just right to us, they did whatever that they can do to make us feel that we came to the right place. To Steven and JOT thank you and keep up the good work! Kudos to BELL-Parkplace Mall you are all awesome!

By far this was the best service I have ever gotten from walking into a Bell mobility store. Salesman Sam helped me out so much. He had great customer service and made me feel welcome. His knowledge of the products, the plans, and more made me feel comfortable in trusting Bell. With bell being in the Parkplace mall, I went to another store and talked to a girl at the till about my great experience and she said that Sam helped her and her husband with getting new phones and plans too and that he helped them out a lot. Sam made me feel like a person and not just another customer or a number to check off. If I go into the bell store again, I would hope that Sam would be the person I get to help me. The store was clean, organized and very professional. We need more community like this!
