I walked in this store ready to give up on Bell. 3 days on the phone with customer service had driven me to the point of abandoning the provider I had been with for 15 years. Tanjot was attentive, heard my needs and was able to accomplish what dozens of Bells customer service agents could not. I appreciated her direct speach and willingness to help without even being asked. It's safe to say Bell still has me as a client thanks to her abilities. 5 stars! Honorable mention to Girish who walked me through my phone transfer with the patience of a Saint.
