Went in to get a fold 5 and was blown out of the water at how easy Eddie made it. Eddie had taken the time to make sure I was getting the deal possible with Bell. Guiding me through every change made to my contract and making sure I understood. The extra information about warranty and product safety was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Great service at Bell at Peter Pond mall. Kim was super helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. We added a line, reduced our bill, and it was far easier than expected (based on previous experience elsewhere). Kim was awesome.
