I had locked myself out of my phone and could get into it. I was due for an upgrade anyways so I went to the store. The store manager was very helpful and explained the new phones and the new promotion. She also attempted to help me unlock my old phone and when I couldn't she gave me options to re-set it to manufacture settings and trade it in which worked out better for me I think. It had a mashed scream and I walked away will all new accessories for my new phones. I never once felt pressure or like I was being lied to just for a sale. The manager truly turned my day around.
Gautam is the best person to help you get a great phone plan. He was so helpful and so kind. He went above and beyond. Would highly recommend connecting with him if you are in need of a new plan/phone.

Emery needs a promotion. I had an extensive issue on Bells back end that took just over 4 hours on the phone with them to fix. I was not to blame for this issue and Emery supported and guided me in the most professional manner, while still upholding the integrity of the company. Four hours is an extremely long time to be transferred over and over, but Emery was personable, kind and patient throughout my ordeal. I ended up leaving with a new phone, my issue finally solved on the back end with NCS and a 100% likely hood to stay with Bell…as long as I can have service from a Representative like Emery. Well done, Emery. There are SO many options for clients when it comes to providers, but it’s service and care from professionals like Emery that increase Bells retention. I will not hesitate to be back.
Ethan is the expert. I spent nearly 2 hrs at the Genius Bar, and 45 minutes of calls to Bell. No one else could fix the problem that Ethan fixed in 3 minutes! Excellent customer service skills and knowledge.

My husband and I went into Bell on a quiet Thursday looking to upgrade our phones and resign our contract. When it turned out that they were sold out of the phone we wanted, Ethan and the store manager (her name starts with an S!) went above and beyond to track down two iPhone 14 Pro Max 256GB phones for us and have them in store and ready by Saturday morning. We came back with our 3 little ones and the whole experience was so positive - our 3 year old son is autistic and occupied himself by rearranging product on the pegs. I was worried that the team would be upset, but they encouraged him and told him he was doing a great job, and let him continue. Our two daughters wanted to show them games on their tablets and everyone was just incredible with the kids and the whole process was so quick. This team is amazing and I am so thankful for all they did for us and our family.

Ethan at the south gate bell store was very helpful setting up my new phone with a great affordable plan and had various fees dropped or refunded recommend anyone with questions ask for Ethan.
We stopped in the store to get help setting up my phone with an eSim. David took the time to help me do this even though I could have done it by calling Bell directly. He also gave me a lot of useful info on what to do with my new phone. Highly recommend this location, and David specifically. 10/10 service!
I went in to the Southgate Bell store on a Tuesday thinking it wouldn’t be busy I was interested in getting a new phone. I had the pleasure of being help by Ethan. He was a pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and motivated. He took time to explain everything to me, even with an older gentleman being very impatient, hovering over him.
David went above and beyond when transferring my account’s ownership and answering complex questions. Store can be busy but is managed optimally. Pleasant conversations too! If you want a better deal for your phone plan, defffff come to this store.

I went in to upgrade my iPhone as i was looking for the iPhone 13 max in blue with 128 gigs. Which i made very clear that I didn't want any other phone, she then keeps pushing what they had in store and said that I probably won't see that phone until Christmas and that I have no hope I will be getting one soon.once I got home I went on the app and ordered one and it showed up in 5 days? Don't know if they just try to push in store sales but I don't get why should couldn't have told me to do that when she mentioned that they have no stock and it was limited. Doubt I'll ever come in store to purchase a product.
I had the worst experience at Bell Southgate. I ordered the new iphone 13 and wanted to switch my SIM card to Bell and also my husband. The phone arrived and we went there to finish the process but the process took 3 hours with tons of errors in between. The representative had no experience at all and we were obligated to pay 500$ deposit after the order was already processed (we had no idea about this before). On my account, my name and SIN were mixed with my husband’s name and everything was a total mess although I took the phone and the SIM card but my husband didn’t. The day after my husband went there and the manager DK told him that the order is wrong and we need to return the phone and start the process all over again. 3 hours in one day and 2 hours the other day is too much time for something that was fixed by Bell west Edmonton in 15 minutes! I am still submitting complaints against Bell Southgate and the manager because he was not cooperative and I was charged extra connection fees and more deposit than I was told about. A total disappointment.
I went to Bell after having a situation with a Costco Rep about switching my mobile services back to Bell. Due to an error on of the Rep, I decided that I would no longer go with Bell as a charge was not explained until the end. I then went to South Gate store to have my services ported back to Telus. While there, the Bell Rep. Houmadi (so sorry, not sure spelt right) was very helpful and efficient with trying to have it corrected. While there, he also decided to tell me about the different options available and I became interested in staying with Bell again. I spent practically the whole day there due to the staff there trying to correct an error not on their part. In the end Homaudi, the manager DK and the other staff all chipped in with a positive attitude and made sure I was satisfied and got the services needed. I would say they all showed exemplary customer service and never gave up on making sure that I was a happy customer when all was completed! The best experience I ever had with any retail company thus far! 5 stars all the way! They were dedicated to completing my service to the end even after hours! Thanks again!

She was highly impressed with their quality of service and specifically recommended that I ask for help from a representative named Sim. I was helped by Sim with updating and tweaking my old plan. He was very helpful and answered all my questions with patience. I had a problem with Bell charging more on one part of my plan and I came a second time to the store to get Sim to look at it. Not only was he again very helpful, but when he wasn’t sure why the overcharge was there he asked the manager to assist him. Both of them were helpful and made sure this issue was fixed for me. I will recommend them to others. In a time where customer service is not always present these guys were spot on!
Don’t bother going to this location. The guy literally saw me and said nothing. I asked for help but he seemed like he didn’t want to get off his phone and help me.
This review is for the guy who worked in the evening shift on july 4,2019. His customer service was horrible. I went to the store and no greeting, he kept on ignoring me and was busy chit chatting with other customer, i left the store after 10 minutes and had to eventually come back after about 30 minutes and again he is with the same customer. He still ignored me and didn't even bother to say please wait. Moreover he started giving me a weird look and passed in front of me twice, busy texting. Overall worst experience ever. I hope his management will look onto it.
CRIMINAL. Arranged a new contract will Bell over the phone. All I had to do was go to the store and pick out the phones (2 phones on a family share plan). In store, I was up-sold a $10/month tablet and told I would receive $15/month credit for bundling (thus saving $5 on my bill), then he up-sold me the $13 month protection plan on my phone, stating that I would receive a $5/month credit if I kept this plan for 90 days, after which I could cancel and keep the credit. Signed the contract and went home. Not feeling right, I compared this contract from the store with the one Bell sent me before I went to the store. The $5 credit was already on there on the primary line for being a shared plan, NOT FOR GETTING A PROTECTION PLAN. The $15 credit was already on there for being the second line on a shared plan, NOT FOR BUNDLING A TABLET. Confirmed with BELL Canada and immediately went back to store. My service agent was gone already, and the other tech confirmed the information I got was FALSE. The manager confirmed this over the phone the next day as well. I was FLAT OUT LIED TO. Absolutely CRIMINAL. DO NOT SHOP HERE PLEASE! BELL Canada needs to shut this store down.
I have never felt compelled to write a negative review of any business, before this. SIX MONTHS after renewing a contract with Bell, and upgrading my phone.and the plan that was promised to me is STILL not in effect. I was told that there was a glitch during the set up of my new plan, which caused a decrease in my monthly data allowance. I have visited the store and called the store NUMEROUS times, for which I have not received a single follow up call.the frustrating part is that Bell does not have a phone number to call in instances like this. The only people that can 'help' you are in the store, but they have not contacted me back despite multiple efforts to try and resolve this issue.
Getting worse and worse soon to be another Telus after 10 years service still trick u into psyudo scams and only give the really good plans for a reasonable price to new customers

My son went in to ask a question about his phone (if he still had warranty left) and was told by customer service rep that he can’t look into it because he is not 18 and therefore cannot make any changes to his device or account. He completely disregarded when my son tried to explain that he doesn’t want to make changes, he just wants to know if there is warranty left before he goes to the Apple store to replace the screen. I called the store and spoke to the same CSR and was told that he cannot make any changes to his device or account unless he is 18. I replied saying I understand that, we are just asking about warranty, not changes. He then said oh ok well yes if that is all he needs we can do that. Perhaps in the future, CSR’s should pay the same level of respect to a teenager that they pay to an adult. This is not the first bad experience we have had with this location and not surprising they have such a low overall rating.
