I stopped in to pick out a new phone and plan and was pleasantly surprised I was able to do so in a brief amount of time. The representative also transfered most of my data while I waited. Very grateful for the assistance!

Rey went above and beyond with his customer service to find the best phone plan for me as well as help me keep my current number and transfer it from another service to Bell. I really appreciated and was so impressed with his time, effort, and patience in helping me go through the process of transferring my phone number.

My experience with this location is second to none. By far the best experience I've had with Bell in years. Jeevan and Tawfiq were extremely helpful. I was upgrading my phone before a trip, Jeevan helped me thoroughly with a painless transaction and transfer of data onto my new device, as well an upgrade on my plan. 10 days later my phone was telling me that I had water in my charging port. This was not the case. I brought my phone in immediately to them. They exchanged my device and transfered all my data without any hesitation.
I highly recommend visiting this location and speaking with Jeevan and Tawfiq for any assistance you need with your mobile devices.

I brought in my old phone to return it (lease) and purchased a new phone. My daughter and I dealt with Alemar. He was friendly, patient, and very kind. He took the time to explain a few different options and quotes to me, and he helped me with the data transfer. Excellent service and experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to return to see Alemar again. It's worth noting that while we were in the store, two other employees were dealing with a very rude customer and they kept their cool and acted like professionals the whole time despite this man being aggressive. Nice work guys.

Re South Edmonton Common Store - I bought a Samsung Galaxy S22, immediately experienced very short battery lift. Online research showed other reviewers/users had seen the same. Thanks to Bell's "Buyer Remorse" program, I could exchange it and I opted for the top-of-the line S22 Ultra, for its larger battery. The in-store personnel "applied" a Puregear screen protector. I think they must have missed a step, and didn't properly affix it. I couldn't see the screen in sunlight, to take photos or even swipe properly to unlock it! Everything was obscured. Within a couple weeks I dropped the phone, and the screen protector simply fell off and cracked. I was doing a long distance move and missed their 30 day window to return the thing. Now, that store nor another corporate Bell store will do anything for me. I could, apparently, go through the trouble of applying to Puregear on their lifetime warranty, I would incur shipping/handling fees and hassle. So I am out $55.99+ tax. IF you buy from this store, do NOT trust them to apply a screen protector. They don't know how.

Sumeet, one of the employees at this specific location is a quiet professional. I have made this my exclusive Bell location to make changes to my service solely due to him. I make a point of travelling across Edmonton simply to get helped by him. Always I end up coming in with a more complicated problem than before and it is always met by ease when Sumeet provides assistance. Not sure what his goals are career wise but Bell is lucky to have a guy like him working for their company. Professionalism at its finest.

The bigger (heavy weight Indian guy seems very arrogant, and he acts as if he owns the store.looking at customers down his a bad one needs attention. Even his the ceo company owner still, need to know good customer service skills and keep what ever pride you have at home dude please, I can't stand ppl like that

I have recently had to buy a new phone and I am not technology savvy at all. Earl originally help me with switching over 20 years of info from my old phone. Everything worked good but my 3000 contacts did not transfer. I went back a couple days later and Liam solved my issue in minutes. If anyone has any issues with there phone or looking for new phones I would highly recommend South Edmonton Common and more so you will not be disappointed having either of these gentlemen look after you. A huge thank you to both.

I came in with a challenging problem, but Earl was attentive and resourceful and actually figured it out. He was quick and kept positive throughout. Anyone else would have probably given up and told me to simply ‘call the Bell service Center’; but not Earl. Thank you again for all your help and saving me the hassle of having to get a new phone number all together!

Bought my s20 from parag on what he said "was a great deal" even got a "free" watch and yes I asked him numerous times if I would be charged for the watch which he assured me I wouldn't. Now my plan is one of the worst plans you can get, even tho it's a loyalty plan with only 1gb (which they never specified what I was getting) and you cannot change the plan for more data unless you pay another $60. The watch is $20/month and it's absolutely useless. I'm stuck with this for a year. I've been with bell for close to 20 years and this is how he and bell treat you. Undercut your customers, lie to their faces and refuse to help them when the customer realizes what hes done. I am sick with bell and ready to switch carriers. Very disappointed.

This is by far the best Bell store i have ever dealt with. The other Bell store i went to was poorly managed and the staff were not helpful and was trying to make me sign a contract to obtain a new phone when all I wanted was a plan without a contract. I had to leave the store because of how unprofessional they were.
At South Common Bell, Liam is personable and easy to deal with. He set up my plan without any hassle. I will come back to this store when im ready to get a new phone.

First when I bought my phone I wanted to do the care plan to make my bill cheaper, they told me they could add it on after. After multiple days of coming in sitting there for hours, they never gave it to me and kept making excuses. They told me the manager would call me back and get it sorted out, I never heard a call from the manager. I had to call the stores several times, when I finally did they told me they couldn't do anything.
Fast forward a few months, I came in to get an upgraded plan for the same price I was paying. They called customer service and got the plan for me, saying it would be on the next bill. Well when I got the bill, it was the exact same thing I already had. So I went in to get it fixed and all they tell me to do is call customer service. That was YOUR job to begin with. Safe to say their customer service isn't great and I'll be switching companies after my plan is up.

I appreciate when Sales Associates are honest. Earl helped me get a new phone super fast and easily. No upselling, honest about the comparison between specific phones and helped choose the one that works best for me. Inside of store was well kept/ clean and managed during this covid era.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My elderly mother was in isolation in a seniors home during the COVID19 pandemic and unable to visit family and friends. Sonal was fantastic. She set me up with an economical means for Mom to keep her phone number and talk to everyone. Due to Telus errors the setup was not smooth but Sonal went above and beyond to navigate the difficulties and Mom now has a phone and is happy to be talking to people. She also now has Bell internet and can FaceTime. While it’s not the same as visiting, The Bell store at South Edmonton Common helped our family communicate during these tough times and I am forever grateful.

I went into this location to get a new SIM card since something was wrong with it, my data wasn't working, my calls kept dropping, calls were static filled, etc. Despite having gotten multiple free sim cards in the past and being told "sim cards are always free" they charged me $10 for a new one, and tax on top of that.

Worst company ever. These clowns charged me $1600 for 1 month, on a plan that I changed. They said the plan didn't get changed on their end and there's nothing they can do about it, then sent it immediately to collections and ruined my credit. Such a scum bag company.

We are not IT savvy. My husband’s Mail icon disappeared from his iPhone so we headed to the Bell store. A very friendly young lady helped us. (Nirali) She showed us how to reinstate the app from the cloud. And as he was due for a new phone she helped him decide what size and then even did the whole update while we went for lunch. Great service. She knows her stuff. Thanks.

Nirali helped us out and she was awesome. She was patient and knowledgeable. She helped us navigate the ins and outside of our plans, what our upgrades would cost and what we would and wouldn't use. Sara, the store manager was also helpful when we required it. They have lots of different models of phones, earphones, covers, tablets and accessories. I would highly recommend coming here of you need help with your phone and/or plan!

I was told to come to this store yesterday (January 1st) so someone could look at my Pixel 3 and determine whether or not they could repair it. The store was said to be open both online, and on the sign on the store door (Holiday hours 11-5) I arrived at 3pm and there was no one there. Called Bell support, they said they should be open, but cant do anything. I am very frustrated with this company at this point.

This location was actually helpful. I had been given the run around over the phone and at other locations while trying to switch my phone to our corporate account. They still weren't able to get it done in the store but they did call the right people for me and give me some guidance and a plan to get it done, rather than dismiss me and say "there's nothing I can do" like some of the other locations I had been to.

Let me start by saying ive worked retail my whole life and am in a manager position now.

I have never been treated so poorly at a retail/service store ever in my life. Parag was the employee who "helped" us out. He has no people skills, not only does he not listen ro what you have to say to him. He talks over customers and interrupts them while raising his voice.

We understand our issue is not bells problems. But the fact that we got completely disrespected and mistreated by Parag at this location is not called for in any retail business no matter how big or small, i will be filing a complaint with the manager as well as head office if possible.

Parag quit your job!
