Worst customer service! Lol these reviews seem to be rigged! The majority has given 1-star yet they have a 4.2

Went there for my iPhone case, very responsive staff, definitely take suggestion from Rana for new phone, looking forward to upgrade phone when best deals comes on black friday,

I traded my Iphone 11 pro at this store and they gave me $300 credit. I than mailed in my iphone X and received $440. $140 more for a older phone. This store is a scam!

I went to the Bell Sarcee store. I didn't know about bell data plans as I am not in the mobile carrier. When I arrived, there was a new trainee who assisted me in understanding the plans and gave me good options where I can save a lot!
Must recommend to visit this store if you are with bell or not because this guys can help you to save a lot on mobile plans!

Sanjaya, the manager and Prabh, staff were amazing in going above and beyond to get me the solution. My corporate number was not switched and Bell support was not upto the mark. But Sanjaya made sure that I get it with least hassle and best deal. Thanks

Such a great experience. I wanted the new Z 3 flip but they didn't have it in stocks so they called around to get it for me. I was super happy and will definitely be going back

If you want to find a Bell Store that offers fantastic services, go to the Beacon Hill store in Calgary and deal with the store manager, Sanjaya Parera. When buying new phones, my wife and I get so tired by the lack of cell phone service, but Sanjaya is ten steps above all the rest. We have never had that level of help from anyone, anywhere.

Sanjay was very welcoming at the very last minutes of closing, and was still able to provide the most helpful and caring service, went in for a SIM card but with his help I was able to come out with a brand new phone with almost the same plan I had. Very nice people and most likely will have my friends going to that bell store than any other Bell or carrier store

Bell is horrible! Taking money from a dead person because Bell themselves made an error and then refused to pay back the amount! Awful service and despicable business model.

A good salesman is who listen to the customer first and these guys are good listeners. Harris and Sanja (hope am pronouncing their names correct) were amazing. They worked out a very good deal for me and ensured I am a happy customer. See you guys again

Absolutely zero customer service. No help at all. No knowledge and waste of time. Drive to crowfoot. They know everything and are knowledgeable and kind. Worth the drive to never stop at beacon hill again. EVER

First I went to market mall store. No body even bothered to listen my concern but when a came here these guys were so patient and good listener. Highly recommended.

My visit to Bell Sarcee was an absolutely wonderful experience. While walking by I was just curious to see what another mobile service provider had to offer.
WOW! Speaking to one of the store reps (Naveen) was like stepping out of the Stone Ages. His experience and knowledge of the products & services Bell has to offer was enlightening. Even though I made it clear from the start that I was not there to commit to anything, Naveen was very patient with me and I really appreciate that the most. I am now seriously considering switching to Bell and ill be visiting the store soon to get some more information. Thank you very much. I’ll be back.

Had a TERRIBLE experience. Called ahead to ask if they had a certain phone in stock, they said by the end of the week to check back. I went in store end of the week, and I asked if they had one and they said yes. I said I will take it outright, and proceeded to take out form of payment. They then asked what plan I would sign on, and I said again it was for outright. BTW, outright is a legitimate thing, it's on the BELL website as an option with price. The sales rep/Manager then backtracked and said "actually, we don't sell it outright". I probed a bit, asking why, other stores offer it outright, and BELL website says to to in store. Sales/Manager said they can only sell it outright if I already had a BELL account. I'm guessing he said this so then I would have to create and account, sign on a plan, then able to get the phone. I said, "well actually, I do, I'm here to upgrade my device". He looked into my account and said "oh, ok, give me a second to verify". After that was verified, he said ok, that will come out to be $1200 + TAX. I then said, "are you sure? Because it should be $1199 + TAX. " Mabey he needed the $1.50 for coffee? Then he said he needed to check the backroom to verify stock. He then came back saying that last one is actually "on hold for a pre-order, so can't sell that to you". I said, "let me guess, pre-order with a 2yr plan? ".
I walked out feeling disappointed, cheated, and signs of shady practice.
BELL, you need to take a closer look at this situation.

Awesome Place and Awesome staff there. Both Harish and Naveen are very knowledgeable and helped me in getting me very good deal. Moved both my numbers from Fido. This store rocks. Will strongly recommend everyone to buy phones from this store if you want good deals and you want to save money.

Wonderful Customer service, Manager Harish is very knowledgeable, recently bought a phone and an iPad got excellent deal. All my friends go to this Bell store and all are very happy.
