Very bad service.long waiting, no proper discussion on plans and phone features. Numbers not imported but billing started still numbers are with different providers. Bell hire more employees reduce wait time and give good service.very disappointed

Worst service at this location and Mr. Resham who was giving information on live on location was giving totally wrong information and the person who don't know what is the right contact number. Please never trust what they advertise would never recommend to anyonenwould never

Awful customer service, they can't even fix the issue that I'm having with my double charge on my bill, I went there multiple time every time same made the same excuse. Don't even recommend any one to there.

Bell charged me $1600 of long distance charges for 1 month, when it should have been $80. They said my plan wasn't changed, when I did in fact change it and that they can't do anything about it. They sent it to collections and ruined MY credit for their issues. Seriously, such a scum company for pulling this.

He answered all my questions kindly and went above and beyond for customer service. My phone and the service is working great and I definitely recommend coming to Binish!
