We went in recently hoping for new phones and a new plan. Right away we were greeted by Karan Sharma who was very friendly and happy to help. He listened to what we wanted and explained what he could offer. He was very clear and made the choice for us very easy. He took the time to set up our phones & our plans. We were very happy to deal with Karan! He answered all of our questions and helped us pick out new cases as well! He made the whole thing very easy and we are very happy with our phones. We will definitely be dealing with him again.

I had a wonderful experience when coming into the store on short notice to return my lease phone and obtain a new one. William was exceptional and explaining the differences of the available devices. And he went the extra mile and stay late when the data transfer went past normal closing hours.

Very pleased with the service that Adrian gave me. I ported over from Telus and there was a system glitch that delayed the porting, but Adrian made sure it was a smooth as possible. I highly recommend Adrian if you need a new phone plan!

We were at the store for a long period because we had so many requests and errands to do on our accounts, but let me tell you, those three hours were such a pleasure! Yesterday I visited the bell store because I wanted to switch from virgin to bell and upgrade my phone. Hitesh helped me so much, he was able to get me set up quite fast! He was very friendly, kind and made sure I was getting the best deal there was! I am so grateful for Hitesh’s work, I would 100% recommend talking to him next time you’re in the store!

I spent 10 hours trying to get my SIM card activated through the Bell online "support" service. Not 10 figurative hours. 10 literal hours. I was sent in five loops and talked to a dozen people, after being sent to a different retail store. Karan had my phone sorted within 5 minutes of me entering the store. His help was greatly appreciated. Fire the call center and give this man a raise.

Great customer service! Reese was my sales rep. He was very welcoming, helpful and efficient. Stayed later than his shift to set up my services + also took the time for a follow up, making sure everything was good
& working well. I would definitely recommend him.

Karan was very helpful and knowledgeable. Walked me through the transfer process of trading in my old phone for my new one. Even help with calling customer service when he found a problem in my last contract. Excellent service.

As a share holder of BCE, and many years' cell customer of Bell Mobility, I have to stand up against its unfair, and the darkest business conduct in Canada. Before June 22,2021, Our phone did not have contract with Bell (month to month), had been charged at $99 as basic fee which was two times as high as it charges new customers and other carriers' fee.

We cancelled their service June 22,2021, (called 3 times as the receptionists never accepted cancellation by hang out after 35 minutes talking etc), and no longer used their service even before June 20. They kept auto-withdrawing from our account till Sep.when our Bank charged back. Thereafter, They called us in attempt to charge service which they did not provide. Bell Mobility is conducting business which seems that they are in a county of No Law.

No-one called when my phone arrived. Called in to inquire, and they said no, even without asking my name. Finally walked in to check, and sure enough, the phone was in. But the staff member who I dealt with wasn't there, and no one wanted to assist, requiring I come back later. Anything account-related is often pushed off, with me being told they'd just have to call in anyway, so I might as well just call. Really makes me wonder what a storefront is for if they have the customer do everything. For crying out loud, they event have a "self-service" area just for this that is just a telephone on a table. Yeesh.

Ace service. Sales consultant was informative and told me exactly how to resolve the issue with my phone.

I don’t care for telecommunications sales representatives, but Samer is something else.
He’s charming, appealing, great listener and most importantly, honest.
I don’t like hearing when people have to offer me a “free” device with my purchase, but after talking to Samer, I took the device anyway. He explained how the credits and plan would work. Where it’s being discounted from and how it looks on my bill. Really, the only reason I took this device was because of how honest and caring Samer was!

Excellent service! Peter was amazing and very quickly able to help me pay off my old device, and set me up with a brand new one. The whole process took only a few minutes, and I was up and running.

He also helped set my girlfriend up on a new plan, switched her number over from Telus while keeping the same phone number, and get her the phone that she wanted, on top of a discounted plan rate, all again without taking up too much time.

Came into the Bell Store at WEM to get a phone for my daughter n we were greeted with a smile by Peter. He helped us through all our purchase, explained everything very clearly and for the first time in years i didn’t feel stressed out and confused. He was kind, friendly and just an exceptional human being.
