Very professional and experienced staff. Also, the place is always neat and organized. I would definitely recommend this place for laser treatment coz the results are good.

I saw absolutely 0 results after spending nearly $1000 on laser hair removal here. I normally try not to leave bad reviews but two years later I still can’t believe just how badly this spa scammed me. Every time when I’d ask how much longer it’ll be until I start seeing results the lady would say “it’s growing so much thinner already” or only two more sessions. Never mind the time she left me on the bed mid session because she was on the phone with the CRA FOR AN HOUR. After my last session there I had an assessment at another laser clinic and they couldn’t believe that I had over 8 treatments with no results. I don’t have any conditions that might cause me to have hair growth issues, I have fair skin and dark hair and still saw NO results here… Just do yourself a favour and go somewhere else, this place shouldn’t even be in business IMO.

I have been a customer of Bella Vita since 2017 and have not seen the results I was hoping for. In the initial consultation, I was told that it would take 6-10 laser treatment sessions, however I have had over 25 treatments and am not happy with the results. For the past several sessions, I was told by employees that I am in the maintenance phase and only a couple sessions away from having little to no hair growth and was encouraged to purchase more sessions. However, after every session I experience hair growth in less than 10 days with minimal improvement over the last treatments. When I tried to contact the clinic to discuss my treatments, it took four phone calls and three weeks to get a call back from the owner. This has been a significant investment of time and money, and I will not be returning, nor can I recommend this clinic for laser treatments.

I can't thank these ladies enough. I have been coming here for my underarm laser hair removal (I'm on my 7th session) and both the treatment and the staff is awesome. It is definitely worth yhe splurge! The ladies are always amazing, from the owners to the other 2 ladies all of them are awesome.

My laser hair removal treatments are going great and im so happy with the results i brought my wife here as well.

I have been coming here for the last year for multiple services such as arm and back laser and the team and management here is very professional and well knowledgeable.
You cant beat the prices as they are affordable yet fair
