Love the service, atmosphere and variety of nail polish. Love Hannah for my nails and Hannah or Diane for my nails.

Went there for my sister's bachorlette, I booked an appointment for 4 on the same day, they had plenty of staff (who were very friendly), offered us drinks, the environment was nice, it felt like a very fancy place and the prices very reasonable! Will definitely be coming back if I my nails done again!

My friend and I usually have a great experience here.the ladies are all so lovely.however.today, I had a man doing my pedi … he did not do my heals … nor did he clean up the shellac on skin. When I went to pay, I did not leave a tip. He called me out and asked if I was going to leave him a tip! I was shocked to say the least! One does not automatically get a tip … and for the service I received, I felt I did not need to leave one. It was EXTREMELY rude of this young man to have to audacity to make a scene by asking me if I was going to! Extremely unprofessional!

BEST price for full package mani/pedi in the city! They do an amazing job and really provide a great service for the price point (which is under $100). Their shellac never comes off and often last past the point of 5-6 weeks. Great place and very worth it!

Great nail salon and very clean. The technicians are very efficient and do beautiful work. The hot stone massage pedicure was delightful and though completed in an hour, had plenty of pampering. Highly recommend.

There are so many colors to choose from, whether it's polish, Shellac, Chrome, or Holographic. The salon is beautiful and huge. Typically, you don't wait long because they have a huge staff to accommodate your needs. It's definitely fun to go with a few friends and relax and get pampered. Hanna is my favorite nail tech. She's very knowledgeable and it doesn't take 2 hours to get a fill.
I highly recommend her!

Go here if you want to feel bad about yourself, get bad service, and feel guilty enough to leave a tip for it.

I saw Hailey for a full & pedicure and she is amazing! Every nail is shaped perfectly, and her pedi was top notch. Will definitely be back to see her again!

I am unsure who did my nails today but she was great! She did really well on my nails and pedicure, the design is so pretty and well done!

Tried three different days for an appointment with Hanna in the morning and was told flat out no 3 times with no solution offered.

The best nail salon I have been too. I was able to get a manicure and pedicure in an hour and fifteen minutes. My nail artist, Ava, was extremely kind and was able to replicate the reference photo I showed her.

EDIT: the owner called me and offered to fix my nails for free. I got in the next day and got them completely changed by Boi and she did an amazing job. I will continue to go there having her as my nail tech. I attached a photo of my new nails.

Disappointed in the quality of service. I got a Gel fill Friday August 18th and the chrome and top coat are peeling off already. I asked for chrome powder and was told they only use liquid (not the case as I've gotten chrome powder done before.) The nail tech also did not apply a base coat on my gel prior to colour application. I used to love going here but it seems the only good tech is Boi.

I have never had a bad set of nails here, but today I had a great experience with Boi as my nail tech. She gave me a great consultation, and helped me pick a colour combination that matched what I was looking for, she was very kind and had great attention to detail! I look forward to coming back for my next fill with Boi because I know it’s going to be another great set!:)

I’ve been to the Bellagio a handful of time, every time I’ve gone, the service has been amazing, Frankie took care of me and he’s very talented! I walked out extremely happy! However, it saddens me to say my last experience was horrible! I was burnt serval times, she was so rough! My nails are extremely sore. I was sweating in my chair, fearing the worse! I kept telling her “your burning me”. The file machine was on full power. Very scary to say the least.
To me she seemed like she was in a rush to get leave and go home. Very sad experience!

Everytime I go to bellagio it’s great but yesterday me and my girls got our nails done and Alyson was my nail tech but I didn’t have a good experience with her she was very rude and grabbing my hand very aggressive I was so uncomfortable even my friends notice her behaviour but I didn’t say anything (even though I should’ve speak up) I felt very anxious and just wanted to be fast for her, at the end she seemed she was on a rush to go so she left my hands dusty and the girl that was doing my friend nails beside me asked me if I would like some oil con my nails. Also I asked for chrome and I got metallic gel instead. Even though they look good it’s not what I wanted. I definitely don’t like to pay 120 for a new set of nails and be treated like that. I’m sadly not coming back to bellagio anymore.

Very beautiful salon. Very busy. I got the Refreshing package, and the pedicure was nice, I got a fill (paid extra because I got a design) and got a facial. The fill was done nicely, but I had either the powder or polish all over my fingers after, and I kinda got left after and no one came back to finish the manicure after I was sitting under the light. I didn’t get any lotion or hand massage or anything. The facial was okay, but I left with a headache after. Parking is horrendous. Everyone was nice though and the nails look beautiful.

First, extremely over priced for what you receive. Secondly, I purchased a pre picked package gift card for my mom including 5-star mani and pedi+facial. I chose Bellagio in hopes it would be a more luxurious experience compared to other salons but they ended up bargaining with her and changed her mani pedi to a lower grade where they didn’t even cut cuticle, massage or lotion her, they bargained to take off her facial as well to accommodate price adjustment for gel nails. I paid $110 for the gift card and my mom paid additional $48. They charged her for coke (how is this not complimentary when your spending so much). All in all, for what she received for $169 is 100% NOT worth it. I’m Better off getting better services at a way lower rate else where. PLUS, the nails were not even painted nice… such a shame.

Would not recommend. We booked appointments over a week in advance for 11: 00, and our pedicures weren't started until close to 11: 30, after we discussed leaving. I then waited over half an hour for my manicure, which was rushed and completed by multiple different staff members. I regularly use cuticle oil and give myself manicures at home, but the nail tech who cut my cuticles started doing so without soaking my hands first, and did a really messy job that made my hands look like I never maintain them (see the mark on my ring finger where skin that wasn't dry was cut away at). My nails were unevenly shaped and I have a hair stuck in the top coat on one finger. I regularly do my own gel manicures at home, but decided to go to the salon as we are going away on holiday. I am not a professional by any means but the manicures I give myself at home turn out ten times better and don't involve someone else's hair. Save your money and go and get a gel manicure set on Amazon, you'll end up with nicer, cleanlier results.

10/10 High quality services. Let me start by mentioning how picky I am with my nails, moved nearby and was looking for a new salon. Upon my visit was blown away with my experience at Bellagio and my incredible pedicure done by ALEX. Left with my legs and feet feeling the softest they’ve ever been. Really appreciated the thorough attention to detail, everything was literally perfect. Brought my kiddos back for nails and they had the best time getting princess manicures.

Was talked into a pedi and mani as my friend called in as she was getting a Mani, nail fill and brows done. I don't get pedi often and this was my first mani and really enjoyed it. The lady did a wonderful job on both my feet and hands. My friend was very happy with her pedi, fill and brows. Price was right as well. Lost one star due to the fact we ordered drinks and the one I wanted they didn't have the alcohol to mix it. Over all good experience, will be back again

I do think this salon is professional and welcoming, with many chairs and availability. There are so many colours to choose from and comfy seating. But my manicure wasn’t painted to my cuticle line and already looks grown out on day 1. My cuticles were cut 3 times and bled. I would recommend being specific about your needs before letting them start, my manicurist wasn’t very chatty.

I love this place! I've been coming here for years and will continue to do so! They are amazing!
