Very clean. Friendly staff. I've been 3 times now and have no complaints at all. Excellent dental care. Hygienist is very thorough. Dentist is very knowledgable and explains everything quite well. I will definitely be going back.update. Hygienist poked my gums with measuring tool and I had ongoing problems for more than a year. Never went back.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The dentist is thorough and skilled. I've never gone to get two fillings and felt like I was at a spa.

I've noticed some stains remaining on my daughter's teeth after she had her cleaning done at Belle Rive dental clinic. The stains are less than how they were before the cleaning, however a lot remained when they should've been all removed with a thorough cleaning.

On the other hand, my daughters were comfortable with the cleaning, and the clinic seemed tidy and clean.

I have been searching for a new dentist few years ago and was recommended to Dr Bieniak. She is amazing, very knowledgeable and professional. I had an emergency, and she was able to help me the next day. Highly recommend!

Best experience I've ever had a dental office! The staff is extremely friendly and inviting, my dental hygienist was amazing and very knowledgeable. Instead of telling me what to do and just leaving it at that she actually educated me as to why I need to these things that are recommended. The dentist I saw was also wonderful! She was calm, cool and collected. I didn't feel uncomfortable or uneasy as anytime during my appointment, they all did everything they could to create the most positive experience I have ever had in a dental clinic! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

I was scheduled efficiently and received a very thorough exam by friendly knowledgeable staff members. My confidence in visiting the dentist is being restored! I received several complimentary surprises which I didn’t expect. I am so grateful they have been a part of taking care of my family for a number of years. Now I understand why they love attending Belle Rive. Thanks for creating space and caring so well for me! After several visits a friend who was accompanying me got worked into the schedule for emergency care. They worked effectively isolate and confirm issues and even managed to make adjustments to alleviate the pain they had.

From start to finish this was a very good experience. The receptionist was very friendly, the dental assistant was very kind and attentive and the Dentist, Dr. Zak Huang, took a lot of time to find out why my face on the left side was numb. He didn't rush and took the x-rays needed to show whether it was a tooth issue or sinus issue (which it was). He could have said I needed a root canal or filling and I would be no wiser but he said my teeth were all fine and that it was probably a sinus issue and already the numbness in my face is disappearing. Hard to find such an HONEST Dentist now days. I have no problem giving his name to my family and friends. Will be going there again if I need dental work.

I appreciate the excellent service at Belle Rive Dental Clinic so much. During my low-income periods the staff never pressures me to go above my means. The dentists are always open to discussing treatment options. I get very nervous before dental appointments but the team is so reassuring - hygienists and dentists both - that I leave feeling relaxed and positive. My most recent cleaning was done so well and I’m glad the clinic staff is still taking appropriate covid precautions.

Very professional and efficient. My dentist answered my questions before I even asked! Really on the ball and very pleasant atmosphere.

I am a long time patient of BRDC, and as always, they were on time to see me. Every part of the visit was exceptional. Jessica did a great job on my teeth cleaning. Dr. Beniak is so caring and I believe that she's the best dentist that I've ever had. The pleasant and capable admin staff quickly guided me through the paperwork.

Very friendly team of dentists. I was amazed that I just had to mention celiac disease and they knew exactly how to deal with me. I have a feeling they will be a good fit as part of of my extensive GI medical team.

My first visit was for a problem tooth. They identified 4 teeth that was inflamed causing my headaches which makes sense as the top and bottom back teeth all seem to be sore. Looking forward to the extensive gum cleaning Thursday

I always love coming to Belle Rive Dental. My hygienist is so kind and gentle when cleaning my teeth. She is efficient, skilled and has the most amazing soft touch on my sensitive teeth I actually fell asleep in the chair! As for the cost, incredibly reasonable! They NEVER charge more than what my dental plan covers. I feel confident Belle Rive Dental does an incredible job and won’t hurt the pocket book. I give them my highest recommendation!

I was extremely nervous and haven't had very good experience with other Dental offices in the past. Belle Rive Dental clinic has given me a new outlook on dentists I would highly recommend Belle Rive Dental to anyone who has had negative experiences in the past.

Really impressed. They were able to get me in right away to see what was going on. In lots of pain and no appts available. Then a couple hours later called me and they Not were able to squeeze me in. Now im waiting to see specialist.

My first visit to this clinic has been wonderful. The staff is very warm and accommodating and never have I felt rushed and neglected. They are always asking if there are any clarifications needed. Very friendly, patient and compassionate staff. I have anxiety about having anything done with my teeth and they made me feel comfortable right away. They do a follow up phone call the day after you get a procedure done which really shows they care. I highly recommend them!

BELLE RIVE DENTAL CLINIC: Very professional, hygienic, and do what they can to please their patients. Friendly.

Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 star review for this clinic. My son has been a patient there for some time, and we were quoted almost $10,000 for braces. Fine, you have a business to run, and suppliers determine that cost. However once we decided to have his teeth straightened with SmileDirect (at less than 1/3 of that cost) the staff at the clinic began to treat us differently (and very rudely) during appointments to follow. The dental assistant was very rude to me when I was asking questions about having his lingual wire done at the clinic, and my son told me that the dentist and staff were rude to him about his SmileDirect products at every chance they got. Both of us have felt very uncomfortable and for that reason will take our business elsewhere. Dentists are a dime a dozen in Edmonton and there is no excuse for poor customer service in a flooded industry.

As someone who hasn’t been to a dentist in 12 years (my ex-wife was a dentist sooo, you know) I was thoroughly impressed with the entire staff and their care for each and every patient. Their reputation is completely deserved. Highly recommended!
