I purchased an open trap bar and went to pick it up this afternoon in Calgary. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. When I went to collect my item, the service was very poor. They told me to go to 21 to pick it up, but they didn't clearly explain where 21 was in the email. I waited for 5 minutes at 21, and only then did someone come over. I had initially planned to compare and buy a rack today, hoping that the front desk staff could provide some advice. However, all three of them were just chatting and not assisting customers.

Friendly staff, fast service, decent prices. Will continue to use this place to build up my garage gym.

Purchased an adjustable kettlebell locally at the show room. When I went to use it I noticed a slight defect on the handle, went back to the show room and it was immediately exchanged for a new one. Great staff and service.

The light commercial rack is really good! Perfect for home gym and lots of attachment option.

Great customer service. I ordered a Hydra lever attachment belt squat. When I received it some pieces were missing.

I sent a picture of what I received. Brandon was able to quickly fix the mistake and sent me the remaining pieces.

The equipment is High Quality at the fraction of the Price.

There Hydra attachments interchangeable with my old Rogue 3x3 5/8th" Hole Squat rack.

Purchased the recently released pull blocks. Quality looks great. Customer service has been excellent as well for some of my other inquiries. Will be planning on purchasing more equipment from them in the future.

I would give Bells of Steel more than 5 stars if I could. I purchased some Hydra gear during the presale launch and their site didn't have too many specifics on each item yet so I reached out for help and dealt with Brandon. He was amazing; super friendly and quick to answer all of my questions. He even swapped some handles for me like it was no trouble at all even though it was one of those "no way they'll do it but I might as well try" situations. He really went above and beyond.

I've purchased gear from Sorinex, Rogue, Rep and Fringe Sport and none come close to the service I've gotten from these guys - not a knock to the other guys but Bells of Steels is in another league. I've since placed 3 more orders and all of the gear I've ordered arrived in perfect condition without any shipping damage.

I did run into an issue with the adjustable pull up bar fitting way too tight and returning it was a breeze. So much easier than I thought it would be and Marcus was fantastic. He took care of everything and couldn't have been nicer.

Their Hydra line rivals the build quality of Rogue's Monster Lite but I find the powder coating on the Hydra to be more durable. I don't ever see myself going back for more Rogue Monster Lite gear.

Very good quality equipment for the price. I have a set of the mighty plates and a few of their speciality bars and I am very happy with them!

I used the gym builder to get a bar, weights, adjustable bench, and the commercial rack. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the equipment and the prices are very reasonable. It is a nice change to feel like a company isn’t trying to gouge you and only out to make as much money as possible.

I later bought a blitz bike 2.0. Again, built quality is top notch and the price is a couple hundred less than you’d pay for similar quality elsewhere.

Also, I’m really impressed how sturdy the adjustable bench is. Not wobbly at all like I’ve experienced with some at the gym.

Awesome powerlifting barbell that I ordered from a great small business right in the prairies. It came very quickly and was packaged so well the chances of the bar getting damaged it transit are incredibly small. Very high quality barbell that looks sharp and it fun to use.

As usual Bells of Steel keeps providing me high quality kettlebells and they won't break your bank either.

I have had the light commercial rack for around a year now. This is the best value for money you can find. I also purchased the lat pulldown, landmine, dip bars, and ez curl bar. All are top quality, built to last. The company was great in sending emails as some things were on back order. I knew exactly when things were shipping and even got them sent a few days earlier than promised. Worth the money and the wait. No complaints at all. Would recommend and buy again any day.

I bought 2 of the all black bumper 45 plates, some fractional weights, and the powerlifting barbell. They shipped quickly, they arrived early, they were packaged well and the equipment itself is great. Barbell has nice knurling, feels great in the hands, great for a wider grip. Really digs in there. It rolls smooth, the plates had no smell, everything feels like it will last forever. Fully recommend.

Really disappointed in the customer service. We placed an order online for pick up and everything was listed available.
We made arrangements to pick up our equipment, which also took a few days to get a response about. Impossible to get ahold of anyone!

Got home with our equipment to find out part of the squat rack we had ordered was missing, So we had to call and the response was it was back ordered until mid December.
They didn't bother to let us know. Would have been professional to get heads up.

We will be spending our money else where to furnish the gym.

Excellent Specialty Barbell at a reasonable cost. Like the Knurled handles & angled grips. Perfect fit for my Rack & easy storage. Must to own if you are looking for some excitement to your workout. Strongly recommended.
