If I could give less than 1 star I would. For my 40th anniversary my husband took me to Ben Moss Bower Mall and I found the band I wanted and the size I needed and the sales clerk wrote it on one of their cards. My husband went in a few days later and handed the lady the card and expected to receive the ring and size we picked out. At the vow renewal service we discovered the ring was far too big for me to wear. When I returned to the store I was informed many times that all their rings came in size 7 and if you wanted the correct size it would have to be special ordered. This would cost me another $80 because my husband didn't purchase their extended warranty. Since it was a band with no claws or gems he didn't feel it was necessary. How were we supposed to know that we would not receive the correctly sized item we purchased? Will definitely never shop there again. Very poor customer service and a very sneaky way to sell their extended warranty. None existant communication! And considering they are located in an area of the mall that has 3 other jewelers maybe they should try to improve

Do not shop here. Earlier today I went in with my boyfriend to look at engagement rings. The Ukrainian lady that helped us kept trying to take us out of our budget and ignored my requests. I repeated many times I wanted something classic simple and timeless to which she kept showing us infinity or heart shaped rose gold rings. She was extremely pushy and rude. I will not be returning.

My mom received a pair of earings for Christmas and she had received the same pair before so she wanted to return them. On the receipt it said 30 days money back and when she went to return them the manager was disgustingly rude and told my mom they will only give her in store credit for the earings because that was the policy. My mom stated that no one told my dad then when he bought them and it also says on their website 30 days money back. The lady still insisted that it was the policy so my mom called three other Ben Moss Places and said that it was 30 days money back. My mom then went back into the store and told the manager what the other stores said. She made a rude remark saying she would take them back then and then proceeded to tell my mom that she was lucky that she was returning them for her because it was Boxing Day. My mom told her that she could come back tomorrow and the lady told my mom in a rude tone no. I’ve never seen such terrible customer service in a store especially from a manager. We will not be shopping there again.

I have been waiting over a month now for my engagement ring to be sized. Before I could even wear the ring, one of the clasps holding the diamond was broken! Completely unacceptable to be waiting this long to get it fixed!

Would not recommend unless you like terrible customer service. I wanted to get a chain for my sons birthday, they said online they had it in stock, went in and when I finally did get help the one lady couldn't find the chain I was looking for and the other lady was too busy standing there untangling a display necklace to help her for the first 10 minutes. When she did decide to help her coworker neither of them could find it though they said they had 2 in stock. I understand them not having it or being able to find it, but they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them for 15/20 minutes and they just wanted me to leave. Then all the one lady had to say was "I don't know what to tell you" so I just walked out not knowing what to say either. I went across the hall (in the mall) to the other Jewlery place and they were AMAZING! Same thing happened, I found a chain I liked online, they looked for ONE minute, realized they didn't have it in store, so the lady offered to order one in and have it by the end of the week. I told her thank you but I need it asap, so she found the closet she could to it and added a 20% discount to make it comparable in price! Worth the extra $30 to walk away with a nicer chain and feel like a valued customer! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, go across the hall to the better jewelry store (Paris) where they staff aren't rude old ladies.

Saturday October 30,2021 it’s to bad the paid for staff is to busy leaning on the walls to serve a customer … good thing the Bower mall had another Jewellery Store, Paris, willing to sell a ruby to a woman on her birthday …. Good luck out there …and stay safe.

Lovely people to deal with in store but attempting to reach them by phone is the equivalent of pulling teeth.no one answers and the voicemail service does not notify you that you have reached Ben Moss.

These ladies are amazing, knowledgeable and so kind. They actually care about their customers and they make you feel welcome each time you go in. I recommend Ben Moss in Bower mall to everyone. Go see them and have a fabulous visit.
