Recently wandered in here to browse what they have, and ended up purchasing a couple of items which I absolutely love! Had the pleasure of dealing with Mike who made my experience top tier! I was looking for a ring to add to my collection and even though I basically wanted to try on what seemed every ring, Mike’s patience never left him and he was beyond happy to keep going back and forth and pulling out each ring until I finally decided on the one I loved! Not only that, but I had come in a couple days before (also spoke with Mike), and there was a necklace I was looking for that they didn’t have at that time, but he informed me if it came in their shipment he would hold it for me and give me a call, and luckily, I was able to pick it up 2 days later! I will definitely return for any future purchases!

I had an absolutely amazing experience shopping at Ben Moss. I would particularly mention Mike who not only attended us with utmost respect and positive energy, but also provided great after sales service. I bought a saphire ring from the store, however the stone of the ring came off after a month. I went to Mike and he proactively replaced the ring! This shows how much Ben Moss cares for its client satisfaction, infact their aim is to achieve customer delight. I would also mention that Mike chose to attend to our requirements of the after sale service while there was heavy rush of new customers at the store waiting for him. Kudos to Mike and his team for providing such great service at Ben Moss.

Got a beautiful engagement ring on a modest budget. Mike helped me get exactly what I needed and respected my budget to a reasonable extent, while also being transparent about other options. Mike is clearly very knowledgable and passionate about his job and you'll be satisfied when you walk out. Overall good experience at this store.

My fiancé and I were going back to order my wedding matching band to my engagement ring. I couldn’t find it online anymore so I chose something close to what I thought I wanted/would look good. Mike helped us through the whole process took the time to talk with head office, emails back and forth to them to find my actual matching band! Mike really went out of his way to ensure we were happy with everything and got us exactly what we were looking for. Another thing to check off the list!

We were Christmas shopping, and was very busy in December. Step into Ben Moss our last stop before leaving and glad that we did. Evelyn the sales consultant approached us and within no time we found a ring for my 22yr daughter. About five minutes later my wife find spotted a ring she wanted and she has been looking for year's. My husband bought my engagement set and wedding band here, he purchased it with the warranty. We have been in a few times to get the rings polished, and we got them resized to fit me better. The service here is always wonderful, and everyone is always very friendly. I love my ring set, they are perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about this location.

We dealt with Mike H.at this location. What a stand up guy. Of course we checked out other stores in the mall, but everybody else seemed inexperienced and not as personable as Mike. Mike was super knowledgeable, and his recommendations were outstanding.

If you're looking for some rings for a special occasion, go see Mike - you won't regret it.

Alice assisted me, she was very sweet. She gave me space to look around, made some recommendations, and even cleaned my necklace for me! There was another female staff member there, seated behind the counter for some reason, who acted rude towards her which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Overall nice experience because of Alice.

Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful when my girlfriend and I went into the Ben Moss store at Cross Iron. He took his time showing us what we had asked for, but also had some unique options for us that we weren't expecting. A staff member accused me of being a shoplifter from the week before. It was the first time I had ever been in the store. I just came in to get new studs. She refused to show me anything and made me so uncomfortable I left. She then called security on me. I don't have a need to steal. I'm just a mom that wanted to look at earings. She was a different race from me. All I have to say is we don't all look alike. I bought my earrings elsewhere.

Bought a ring here for my girlfriend, with a warranty. Upon using the warranty, because the rings bent and a gem fell out, they told her she would have to pay for a new gem as the warranty does not cover that and seemed reluctant to fix the bent ring. Overall not a bad store or bad staff, just terrible corporate policies. No use buying a warranty from here if you are going to purchase anything.

My husband got me our wedding gift from Mike the sales guy, he knew a lot and educated us about diamonds too. We got a ring from the Blossom Collection, and today is day 1 that I am wearing the ring. I have a sense of satisfaction right now about the company as a whole, and hoping they stand true to my expectations and everything they said they would.

I highly recommend going to this location and asking for a gentleman by the name of Mike. I was starting to look at engagement rings for the first time when I came into Ben Moss. A salesman, Mike, came over to assist me. I had an idea of what I was looking for, but being a first time diamond buyer didn’t know too much of anything else. Mike was very helpful, and very knowledgeable, and not pushy what so ever. I ended up getting a ring off him that day. A week or so later I was walking through a completely different mall, and saw another ring from their sister store, which I fell in love with even more. I phoned up Mike to explain to him what was going on. Mike drove over to the other store on his lunch break to grab the ring for me himself and brought it back to the Ben Moss store for me to pick up. Thanks again for all the help, you’re the man.

Not even worth the 1 star this store got!

My husband bought me a ring for our 25th wedding anniversary, when purchasing it he was told they would resize it for free. Took it back today and straight from the off Jocelyn was not very helpful and quite rude. She wanted to charge us for having the ring resized even though my husband was told it would be done for free. He was NOT told it would have to be sent away.

There was no manager in store to speak with.

It seems quite odd that they only stock smaller size rings and then insist you purchase there warranty so you can get it resized for FREE lol.

We did eventually get a full refund, but certainly spoilt the surprise my husband gave me.

I will not put one foot inside this store ever again.

I have been buying jewellery from Ben Moss for year's and year's, I have never had a single problem with them. Mike at Cross Iron is an exceptional sales person very knowledgable and certainly knows his stones (jewels) Diamonds. His customer service with us was friendly and very professional. I have gone a handfull of times and always dealt with Mike and honestly if hes not in We have never dealt with anyone else. My boyfriend bought me a promise ring here with the lifetime warranty.the ring was originally way too big for me but the warranty allowed to me get it resized up to 3 times so i went in and got it fitted to my size.they told me the ring would be ready to pick up in 2 weeks.on the day that they told me the ring would be ready for pick up, it wasnt there and they told us to come in the next day at noon. When we came in at noon the next day they told us it still wasnt there and we should come in 2 days from now. This is ridiculous and I still dont have my ring.

BEWARE! SCAMMERS!
So these fools scammed my wife and I out of $400 in warranty.
Bought my wedding ring there and paid for the lifetime warranty. Then about 6 months later we bought a gold chain there where they tried to sell us the warranty, but I declined as it was too expensive at the time. Funny thing is, the sales people that sold me the ring and the chain knew they were "GOING OUT OF BUSINESS" and were fully aware that the warranties were going to be - well stolen from clients. The warranties were voided due to Ben Moss going into bankruptcy. Sneaky thieves.
And then to add insult to injury - they reopen under different management - still using the Ben Moss name - but still refuse our warranty! How is this even legal?
I was stolen from by Ben Moss Jewelers. Plain and simple.

Good place to buy gift for love ones, this is what I observed here, sometime customer expecting more attention and unnecessary demand but Sales associates tried their best to provide best service within their rules and regulation, and their customer service / sales representative are amazing and highly professional they always around you to assist you and believe me they know what’s your desire. Free parking free handicap parking (mall parking) handicap access, no public washroom but centralized Washroom inside the mall.

I wish I could give 0 stars for this company. I bought an engagement ring from the Ben Moss store in Calgary for 6000 shortly before they restructured. I lost my $500 dollar warranty and was asked to pay more to get part of it back when they re-opened. Ontop of that for the period of time they were closed I had to have over $300 worth of fixes after the diamond fell out. They would not cover that either. Do yourself a favor and go to People's or another local dealer, I have never been so dissatisfied with a company.
