Bench Mark GNSS Equipment

René was amazing throughout the whole process. This was my first time GPS purchase and he was very patient with me and helped me all from beginning to end.

We recently bought an S631 system after being with Topcon for 10 years. Bench Mark has been great to deal with. The GNSS receivers are a big step up in terms of performance. Even better though is the technical support. They have alot of PDF and video training resources available. Any questions we have had get answered quickly by email. I have also called the help number and had someone answer my questions right away.

We recently purchased a Total Station from Bench-Mark. The product was shipped the same day as purchased. Excellent Customer Service with Bench-Mark.

Couldn't be happier with my purchase from Bench Mark and dealing directly with Rene. The knowledge and professionalism is top-notch. When I call, an actual person answers! Which is very rare in todays world. The gear turned on and worked from the start, and all minor questions are answered right away. Results from the S631 base/rover combo are unreal.

The support staff is amazing. Response time is usually immediate.

The quality and service is amazing. I have never had to leave a message with tech support. They always answer my calls and have solutions within minutes. My field crew is already refusing to take the old r8s and radios! The field crew was easy to change to fieldgenius. After we figured out the cellular connection, this system is the bomb!

This is the second time I have purchased GPS survey equipment from Benchmark. The first was approximately 10 years ago and the only reason I moved to a new system was because Microsoft stopped supporting the Windows Mobile software which made it difficult to download data. Rene has always been excellent to deal with, and the level of technical support is excellent.

Rene and David have always been able to help me with any issue big or small. They also will work within my budget and not try to up sell me just to make a quick dollar. They even help keep my older Sokia GPS going so i always have a back up even if i don't need it with my Hemisphere doing all my work. Buying or renting they have not let me down.

Rene and the staff at Bench Mark are very competent and knowledgeable about GNSS equipment. The CHCNAV i50 base and rover we bought are inexpensive and work well enough for our basic surveying needs (GCP's, vert check points, raw data logging, etc.). Support is quick to answer and helpful.
