I just had blinds installed in 3 rooms in my house. From the moment Demelza from Benjamin Moore, Canmore came and reviewed samples and measured, it was a seamless experience.
Just a month later, Dennis from her Installation Team came and hung the blinds today. He is such a professional and knows so much about the products he installs. Within a couple of hours, my blinds were up. I especially love the Hunter Douglas power wands which after a brief explanation from Dennis are so easy to use. I would definitely recommend this team of experts for any window coverings you may need in your home.

The products are great but the price was much higher than in Calgary. For example. Ultra spec 500 is 49 CAD in Calgary without account. In contrast. 59 CAD in Canmore.

I had a great experience when I ordered blinds for my condo in Canmore. Demelza and Natalie were really helpful and answered all of my many (many) questions. I was worried because I don't live locally, but everything was great from inquiry to install. I will definitely be back!

I worked with Yvonne to help coordinate all the colours for my recent renovation project and she is great! She has a fantastic eye for colours and carefully ensured everything matched and coordinated with the cabinets and flooring. The other staff were all very helpful and responsive as well. This is a great business to work with.

We had good experience 5 years ago ordering wood venetians so we felt comfortable ordering wood venetians and accordion blinds. The Venetian blinds came promptly and were well installed but with the blinds began a 4 month saga. First the measurements were incorrectly taken and the window requirements not considered by the consultant. So they had to be ré measured and reordered. Then the next blinds had one defective blind which had to be sent back and reordered Then there was silence for 3 weeks. Messages left and unanswered, followed by conversations and commitment to get back next day which never happened. Then the discovery that the allegedly the blinds were sent but now missing to be reordered « with priority » this time (why it took 3 month?) Finally after 4 month the blind was installed. It should be noted that the installer and his communication was excellent throughout. So after 4 months, no apology, no discount and consistent with no communication no customer As a result of this post the owner reached out and communicated with us and offered a reasonable goodwill gesture which makes his explanation, undertakings for future customers most appreciated. So when a local business is so quick to react it suggests we were wrong.it is important to shop locally
