Danny (owner) always made himself available for our project and answered all our questions. He offered solutions along the way and his staff are friendly and easy to deal with.

Horrible customer service. I came in to pick up a can of paint that was pre paid for. The fellow I dealt with told me it wasn't there.he acted as if I were a bother. I went back out to my vehicle and called the buyer to be sure he in fact ordered it. He assured me he did. I went back in to the store and told the employee that I had confirmed it was prepaid by Visa and he said with attitude " well there's nothing here " I pointed to some cans on a table behind him and asked if it was one of those ones. He huffed and said no as he glanced over them. I mentioned the buyer name again and he looked and said " oh.here it is". He then rudely blamed his coworker for the mishap (which was extremely unprofessional) and didn't even offer up an apology to me.
Not a pleasant experience to say the least.
Will not be purchasing from Benjamin Moore again.ill go to Lowe's which is nearby and don't treat you like you're a bother.

The guy at the desk was rude for absolutely no reason. He has no customer service skills whatsoever. I won't go back to this location.

Danny is great! He has Been a wonderful help to me getting my home repainted - he has gone out of his way to make sure everything has turned out well- his knowledge and follow up have really been appreciated-thank you Danny

As a young company just starting out in the painting world I couldn't be more grateful we were connected with Pinnacle north/south locations and owner Danny. The staff here are insanely friendly, the product is top notch (we have tried every competitive brand prior to finding benjamin moore) and Danny, the owner has been our saving grace. He has gone ABOVE and Beyond for us, from driving our paint out to our site to taking calls many times a day giving us advice, he is so so knowledgeable and you can tell he cares. I believe he also owns the Sherwood park location, we haven't been out there yet but I can imagine it's just as great. Highly highly recommend bringing your business here.

Been here a few times buying various color samples. The guy who works there is helpful, other times you don't even get a "hi" because the girls working there are more into what's on their cell phones then asking if you need any help. It's enough to make me not go back there again.

Came here on Dec 22nd to pick up paint swatches to do some painting over the holidays. The guy at the desk wasn't overly helpful other than telling me I "only had half an hour" until they closed when I came in. Before leaving I confirmed what their hours would be over the next few days and the guy working confirmed they would be open until 6 PM on the 23rd, and then open until 3 on the 27th. I came back the next day (the 23rd) just after 5 PM to find they'd closed early- there were other customers waiting outside also wondering why they were closed when the hours on the door said until 6 PM. I came here again on Sunday the 27th just after 2: 30 to find they had again closed early. Super frustrating especially when I had explicitly asked the guy working there on the 22nd. Fortunately the Sherwood Park location is actually open during their posted hours so we headed out there. It would be great to have a Benjamin Moore so close to home if only they were open when they said they would be.

Danny and the entire staff at Benjamin Moore are extremely knowledgeable and always ready to help. They know exactly what products to be used for any application. I highly recommend this store for all your painting needs!

Very helpful. Didn't sell the stain I needed but directed me to the locations that have these unit.

I bought the paint I needed there this time because I was already there but when spending over 400 dollars on something you have a few questions about better customer service would of went a long way

At one point I had to say I have made it pretty clear I don't know a lot about your paint types so any help would be great

I will defiently look for a different store for next time. Try to shop Northside but not worth it this time

Service was actually even worse bought my primer but not my paint for that I will go elsewhere so that I can get some actual help

I went in with what I wanted for colors, but no idea after that, Lionel was extremely informative and explained really well how I can make my own glitter paint, otherwise I was looking at over $2000 from another store just to do what I wanted to do, the paint is perfect the color I wanted, the primer definitely did its job to cover some stains, Lionel helped me with what size rollers I needed and brushes, and I can just wash and reuse it was nice, otherwise with what I know I would of thrown it out and used a new one, the store had everything I needed, the experience was great and fun, I would definitely recommend this store for paint and great customer service, my husband and I were really happy with what we got in product and customer experience and my salon is looking better then I pictured.

The guys at pinnacle have been very helpful. They regularly match Behr & Sherwin Williams colour requests to the Ben products I use and they always have what I need in stock.

Danny and his staff are absolutely amazing! Danny has helped us through a very trying time with a paint job and went over and beyond just talking to us about it. He came out to our home, took a look, listened to our story, and promptly came up with a recommendation to fix it. He has also helped us contact reputable tradesman and contractors to help us "fix" a renovation gone bad. We had used this store many times before and always found it to be one of the best. Now, we can only say it is THE BEST! For all your painting needs and helpful hints, this is the placed to go in the Castle Downs/Namao neighbourhood.

I been purchasing paint at this store for almost 20 years (11 if those years as contractor.) This store has always gone the extra mile for its customers (both contractors and DIY’ers). The prices today are comparable to other retailers if your comparing Benjamin Moore quality vs said quality. If your looking for great and knowledgeable customer service, this is the place to go to.hands down. It may be a small store, but your guaranteed to leave with the right product (s) for the task at hand. If they don’t have it, they will bring it in for you with a short wait time. I have not yet found comparable quality service at any other retailer. I find other retailers only parrot what they are told for quick sales, but here, they have used the product and/or asked their contractors how the new products performed.love this place!

It's unfortunate that on the day May, 11th, you had a woman harassing your female staff. I noted her review just below and all I can say is that I saw what happened and it's unfortunate that this person, Jayda Mandock wrote a fake review. There are trolls everywher, even accross my favorite paint store.

Beware of false reviews by Jayda Mandock. I was in the store with my wife and saw the entire situation Jayda. You and your pal were trying to dump almost 2 full bags of kitty litter. You had your cat tied up in front of your main floor patio doors. You never crossed the street, let alone come into the store. We watched you threaten this sales clerk after your pal sped out of their parking lot. And you seem to know an awful lot about the vehicle and trailer that was dumping your cat litter.

We urged the clerk to call the city and report you and we did stop short of calling the police on her behalf we were so concerned.

People the story by Maida Mandock is a lie. She is a filthy mouthed troll who is trying to come across as a pillar of our community.

I was in the store getting a custom tint done up and it was done professionally with a high determination to match up that stain for me. I want to thank the staff at this location for providing me, my family with years of service. It was their patience that allowed me to have the best paint, and painting tips so that my walls looked like a professional did it.

I would recommend this location to anyone who wants the best. Thanks so much to all the staff.

I want to talk about the review just below mine by Jayda Hancock. On Saturday May 11, I was in the store when Jayda's male friend drove accross the street with his pick up trick and dumped 2 black garbage bags which had kitty litter into the garbage bin belonging to Benjamin Moore
Pinnacle. I was standing in the window when my husband and I suddenly heard Jayda Hancock yelling at the female store clerk as she was taking up the issue with Jayde's male friend about his garbage being tossed into the stores bin.

He drove off leaving the 2 bags while Jayda Hancock continues yelling threats and swearing at the female clerk. I had gotten concerned for the clerks safety as this guy in the truck appeared to be getting aggressive, I walked out and stood by the door outside and he drove out angry with having been caught.

In the meantime Jayda never entered the store.she had her cat on a leash visible for everyone to see. Jayda began getting aggressive, using profanities and worse she was making threats against the female store clerk who casually took the bags out of the bin and as she walked the bags to the curb, she asked Jadya to take her garbage back. Jayda was absolutely foul mouthed and she never received a threat back or anything remotely related to harassment from the store clerk. She has no right to write a review when:

1. She never purchased anything from the store on Saturday and I was there for a good couple hours.

2. Jayda threatened the store clerk from the safetyof her ground floor accross the street. And there were many people who were on the street and on the above balconies watching.

I would recommend to Jayda to find an appropriate refuge container for her own garbage within her apartment complex and to STOP HER LYING. SHE IS INTENTIONALLY TRYING TO RATE THE STORE INAPPROPRIATELY AND WITHOUT MERIT. SHE IS A LIAR AND NOTHING THAT CAME OUT OF HER REVIEW IS TRUE.

The employees that work at this store always have the best advice and recommendations for projects on painting and even some common contract work. If you want service that goes beyond just selling products this is the store.

God FORBID you park in the far left parking space of their lot with NO one else in the store and 4 other spaces available for the GREAT AMOUNT of customers arriving every minute of the day to your business. The owner will get out and yell at you if "you're blind and can't see the sign" to move your vehicle while you're stopped for 2 minutes to unload your vehicle.

Really unimpressed with the level of customer service at this branch. I own a design company and was looking to use a paint match service closer to home so I thought I'd try these guys out. I'm not sure whether the person working was a manager, or just an employee, but I will absolutely not be returning with the level of professionalism I experienced.

Exceptional service and stall. I have dealt with three if these stores in and around edmonton. They always exceed expectations.
