Booked a trailer well ahead of time. Received a call 2 days before booking… the size of trailer we booked is no longer available, and only smaller trailers there. We are moving and needed the larger trailer for a reason….

I am a former employee of Beothuck Trailers and I like to drop in from time to time to see how everyone is getting on. I had worked for them for 25 years and I must say that I am impressed with the professional way in which the staff go about dealing with their customers. Top notch!
I'm not much of a people person, and so I struggled at times with client service but these guys have taken customer satisfaction to a whole 'nother level. The customer is in great hands, let me tell you. I'm proud of them and would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.
