They dont even deserve 1 star. Stay away from these people if you wanna have a bad tenant experience. I Have rented at least 5 different places in my life, and this has been the worst one. Never had a bad experience like this before. Every time there was a maintenance issue, they tried blaming us and they wanted us to pay for Simple maintenance. Their townhomes are nice but poorly built. Terrribly insulated as well.

Berry Homes never disappoints! Definitely one of the most high quality home builders I've ever seen and dealt with. Their homes are built not only for the best functionality with floorplans that actually make sense, but for great aesthetics and design that leave a wow factor!
