I bought a laptop on boxing day and paid to have the geek squad set up my computer and bought the membership.i was told it would be 24 hours we are now on day 3 and still haven’t recieved and phone call! You can’t call this store directly and it makes it impossible to call to find out any information! You have to call the 1800 number and they can’t help you even when i called.worst customer service experience i have ever had! I will never shop at this store again!

Zero stars for phone customer service. You can't reach the actual store but instead are transfered to a general number where you will hold for an hour minimum. In my case that was a waste of time as I needed help with my online order and the item had limited stock left so by the time they answered the call item was already sold out. Don't bother calling them. Go in or go somewhere else. Future shop was on the ball. Best buy blows big time.

Great spot for shopping, but the customer service needs improvement. We were looking for smartwatches, and despite asking the computer staff a couple of times, they pointed us in the wrong direction. Eventually, we found the right section ourselves.

Check out service was pretty disappointing- there was one lady working the Customer Service til with a line of 6 people. The normal checkouts had not a single employee at them. Stood and waited patiently for over 5 minutes when I noticed an employee coming up to the front. It turns out his only purpose was to grab his Starbucks order sitting near the cash registers and casually walk away as we continued to stand at the check outs. Waited for another 3-4 minutes until a lady finally came up to the front and cashed us out silently. Pretty disappointed with the service today.

I bought laundry set from best buy, nothing is wrong with it, im here to give a review for their service associate. One of their associate named AJ was being so sarcastic, while dealing with him for installation of our laundry set we ask him a question that if their delivery guys will only deliver the product or do the rest too like installation, his answer was (in sarcastic tone), what do you mean by do the rest? They are not gonna wash your clothes.
It feels soo rude to me I was with my sister and brother and they didn't want to make a deal with him but anyhow I bought my laundry set
but In future I want Best buy to give more attention to their staff's behaviour regarding their customers

I wish I could rate him less than one star

Mr. AJ has been so sarcastic and have no work ethics

I am giving this review, especially for Manager Navdeep. I went to the store regarding my purchase of a 4-year warranty and the way Manager Navdeep dealt with me was unacceptable I wish I could give him 0 stars but no option for it. He was showing the attitude of his position as a manager and he was forcing me to buy stuff from the best buy store in the future but I already decided never to go to the best buy store in my whole life. The reason is Manager Navdeep. The reason I went to the store was to return the PC which I bought from this store with a 4-year warranty but now it starts creating problems I decided to return that because not satisfied with that anymore after spending 1900 dollars on it and with a 4-year warranty it comes around 2400 dollars. At the time of purchase, they told me that if I see any problem with their product then I will get a full refund in the same way I paid for it but now the manager Navdeep said I will never get my money back and only I will get store credit for it and I have to buy again from best buy and he repeats the word have to again and again. I don't understand how can they force a customer to go to their store if the customer doesn't want to.

I wanted to pass along my great experience with this branch, the manager and the staff. I had bought an HP printer from them for my home use. Long story short it was junk and I had no end to troubles with it. The service manager Maysa and the branch manager Samim were excellent in their approach with me and how they handled me as a customer. They gave me full exchange for the printer and directed me to another one (Canon) which I have had NO issues with. I believe in customer service/experience, and these two exemplified this in every way.

So we ordered a TV. After a few attempts (the French email to an Alberta resident saying there was an issue with the order was great *sarcasm*) we finally placed the order.the delivery was to happen 330-6, yet the driver Tajinder Singh from Custom Delivery and his helper showed up at 223pm and were gone with our delivery at 229pm. They sent a message saying they attempted delivery at 359PM, LIE! It’s 11: 06PM and still no TV. We planned the company that would mount the TVs to our wall based on the delivery date. Guess what we had to do again? !? ! Reschedule with them! Guess what that costs BEST BUY? ! Money! It costs money when you have to reschedule last minute with that company when you scheduled them based on your delivery date/time (LIES!) so now you guys have cost us an extra few hundred dollars all because cancelling last minute costs money. Guess what the driver gave us? ! Not even a reply thanks to his screw up! So the 1200+mount so tops 1500 TV is costing almost 2K thanks to Best Buys complete incompetence. Apparently once they charge your card and it goes through, they don’t have to do anymore Next time I buy a $500 gift card for hubby it ain’t Happening with Best Buy. F**k Best Buy. They lie. They don’t deliver, fire your delivery company and give me my order. I made sure someone was here between 330-6PM NOT 223-229 PM! Use anyone else but them.

I purchased a screen protector for a brand new Samsung S21 5G today. I also paid for the installation. The first sales associate messed up the installation twice and proceeded to send me to geek squad for a 3rd attempt at installing it. As I was leaving the store, over an hour after arriving, I noticed a big crease in the middle of the screen protector as well as bubbles in it. I went to customer service and was instructed to grab another one. They sent me back to geek squad. After the fourth installation and an hour and a half out of my day, the cover was still loose along the sides of the screen and I had pretty much given up, I decided to write this review. Hopefully Best Buy will find a way to rectify this situation.

My shopping experience was easy, clean and efficient. This was largely due to the customer service agent I approached and who dealt with me: Shiraj (z). He is a wonderful young chap who basically provided the solution to my needs with ease and charm. A few other customers interrupted him as he was dealing with me and he was able to handle all queries in a timely and efficient manner. When I return to this store there is only one customer service rep I'll be asking to see: Thank you!

This electronics store is a sensory experience: they should alert you that when you enter, there is a possibility that you will be overwhelmed! I finally came across an employee wearing a very bright blue shirt and asked where I could find something for my smart home; and they pointed me in so many directions that I got turned around! It’s like they were giving me directions to Taiwan! Please have better signage to get to different departments in your store. It’s too crowded. My wife Peggy says she misses Future Shop! Smart lady, she’s right!

My actual experience with the purchase itself was great, the two gentleman at the pick up counter were very helpful. However, after spending over $450.00, I was not even offered a bag for my purchase.

I asked the gentleman if he could provide one and he said he didn’t have any and to ask customer service for one.

No problem.

I walk to the customer service counter, a man and a woman are working behind the counter and there is no lineup, just me. I’m standing there but neither person greets me.

Finally the lady working behind the customer service counter turns and says “One minute” and proceeds to continue talking to her co-worker.

Finally she addresses me, I show her my purchase and receipt and tell her that I was instructed to get a bag for my purchase from customer service as the pick up counter didn’t have any bags.

Instead of offering a bag, she gives me a lecture on how Best Buy no longer offers bags but I can purchase a paper bag for $0.30.

I ask if they can just give me a bag since I’ve already completed a transaction for an almost $500.00 purchase (where I should have been offered a bag originally) but she insisted on repeating the exact same message about how “Best Buy no longer offers bags but I can purchase a paper bag for $0.30. ”

I said forget it and I left, and I’m not coming back. Terrible self awareness and terrible customer service - I didn’t buy a soda I bought a Switch OLED console, bag it already. So disappointed that I was told to wait - at a customer service counter - and then wasn’t even helped.

We went in to purchase a pair of washer/Dryer we were greeted by an agent named Ashmeet who helped us with our purchase. She was very helpful, informative and had good product knowledge so we decided to purchase a set and we were having some issues with our debit card she was very patient with us while we were on the phone with the bank. We loved how helpful and informative she was and had a good experience.

I got to admit spending a $1000 on a laptop I expected better service. I had to ask 4 separate sales reps for help before anybody was willing to help me. I bought the demonstration model with no discount offered. Then I was told at 2: 30 p.m. I have to 8: 00 p.m. To get my computer so they can unlocked and reset it before allowing me to take it home with me. 10 min task at most. I just went in at 5: 00 p.m. And it's still not ready I was told I might have to wait another hour and half. This is absolutely crazy considering there is nothing but reps standing around geek squad included
I hope Amazon takes over.

I went here today to get some advice and some help with my laptop which, I might add, I didn't buy at Best Buy. The people I found were very, very helpful. I only regret that I didn't get any of their names. My problem was solved very quickly and they spent a good chunk of time with me answering my questions. I didn't buy my current laptop at Best Buy, as I said, but I will definitely be buying my next laptop here.

Good customer service! I have just bought a retro style mini fridge for my daughter from this location. The sales person, named Solomon, was in training. But, he was very knowledgeable and very proficient. He got a us good deal on the fridge. Looking forward to go there next time:)

I purchased a gaming chair for my husband fir his birthday. When we received it the box was damaged but contents seemed fine. We assembled the chair as per instructions. Within a month the chair began to lean to one side and the lifting mechanism would no longer work. We attempted to contact the store and was told there was no returns at that time. We attempted multiple times to call and ask about returns and was told, "Not yet". We were paying on the chair from time of purchase. We were able to finally get an answer about returns to find out we had passed the available return window. I am still paying on a broken chair and they are doing nothing to rectify the situation except hanging up on me! Not impressed!

Hate shopping at best buy, always the worst return policies, never answering phone calls, often don't get through, for an 'advanced' 'tech' company reseller, it never should be difficult to be able to find a purchase in some from a name or cc or address in your database! Item broke down, lost receipt within window (my fault), have contents, cc purchase proof from bank, exact model, exact store. Costco or bust.

I have tried calling customer service who not only are rude they are straight out telling me I have to go directly to the store to check for the product I want as well as to CALL THE STORE directly to check for product availability. Purchased appliances in Sept 2020. We were told the range was in stock and it would be delivered in Nov 2020. Still waiting.rather than just telling me they have no idea when it will come in, they feel its necessary to send me a text every month to say it will be delivered, only to tell me 4 days after the text it will be delayed another month. This has been going on since Nov 2020. I would not recommend buying any appliance (s) through Best Buy. They have raised the bar so low a toddler can jump over it. Appliances are definitely not in their wheel house. I can only have a fire in the middle of my living room for so long to cook wieners, even with all my patience and concerns Best Buy has never even offered me a Toaster Oven. Shameful.will always detour people from buying appliances from Best Buy. Think twice people.you may regret it.

My husband and I recently purchased a 65-inch television and a camera from Best Buy Sunridge, and one of the employees we highly recommend is, TURREN/TARUN (I forgot the spelling of his name), who can be seen in the TV aisle, he was extremely helpful and accommodating. He "clearly" explains the details we needed to know about the products, and he's a friendly nice guy. I'll give him a 10 star if I can.

Had an issue with a laptop that I bought in December and Raihan and his team were able to rectify my problem instantly. They did not question my issues and went above and beyond to make sure I left BB happy. Cooper or Raihan are the people you need to ask for when you go to this store. They are there to make your experience is top notch! 5 star service for sure.
Plus this is the best looking Best Buy I've ever seen.

Let's agree on one thing all Best Buy's carry the same products so if you're looking for something you can go to any location but if you're looking for a great customer service from employees all the way up to the managers you got to hit this location I'm a frequent buyer and not once I've had any issues at this location.

I was looking for some beats solo by dre as my friend got a pair at this location last week. I checked online and the website says they aren't available at any of the stores in calgary which is not true. I tried calling the store but its an automated message that tells you to check online and then give you 2 options, repeat the message or end the call. Why can I not call the store to make sure they have the product I want to buy before spending money to take transit there? Terrible customer service when you have to call the main website to get the regular customer service line for them to patch you through to the store you want to contact.

Bakhtavar was very honest, helpful, and straight forward. Great customer service on his end.
We also retuned the first TV we bought to buy another one. Again, hassle-free exchange and good customer service.
Ramandeep, however, was one of the least trustworthy representatives I have ever met. I kept telling her our budget was within $700-$800. She kept offering $1,300 and up products. We told her we did not want any warranty, she asked, "is it because of your budget? ". After a while when we asked for her helped she was sighing, and she gave this look to her coworker about us.
If it wasn't because of Bakhtavar and the easy TV exchange, I would have given a single star and never went back to this Best buy.

The younger male individual wearing glasses and having darker hair working at the Apple portion of the store is extremely rude.

We came in with a couple of questions and were interested in purchasing Apple Watches, but his bad attitude caused us to leave and purchase directly from Apple, instead.

The interaction was extremely disappointing, and this particular employee should not be in a customer-facing position if he cannot handle being personable. I have spoken with this individually a couple of times in the past and he has, without exception, been rude.

I will never be buying Apple products from this Best Buy again, as this individual always seems to be working in this section

Busy busy busy.boxing day shopping would not be the same without a visit to Best Buy. Looking through all the newest and greatest tech stuff and electronics. Well priced and decently supplied shelves. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. I like how they never make you feel dumb asking simple questions or that they are professional enough to answer the tough inquiries also. There seems to be a friendly Blue shirt always available to help.

Parking lot was full, came for advertised Samsung wireless charger. After some time looking without success we spotted an associate who informed us it is sold out. Giving 2 stars in spite of the only noteworthy things were all negative. The associate did look it up so I guess that's worth 2 stars.

I always find great deals and buy 99% of my electronics from best buy. Unfortunately the associate that offered to help me that day argue with me in a very rude manner about "WIFI SD card" for Cameras. He said to me that such a thing didn't exist and try to me feel like an idiot. I could not believe his behavior, a second associate came and told me that I could only buy this item online and not in store. What a bad experience that was.
