I went to Best Buy on June 1st and bought appliances worth over $20,000. I do not have enough words to describe the excellent customer service Aditya had provided us. He made us feel very comfortable and was very patient in helping us with this big order. Further more, he went above and beyond in making sure our order was delivered on time and made sure that we didn’t have to face any issues. Thank you again Aditya for helping us out!

Bought a phone recently and absolutely love it, works really good. Also the staff is very nice as well as personable and very helpful towards their customers, store pretty clean as well. Thank you for the welcoming and pleasant experience:)!

My visit was from June 15,2023. David provided me with the best customer service I have ever received. He assisted me with getting a new phone and helped me choose a plan with it. He guided me through the entire process and even helped me pick out a phone case and other accessories. I’ve always dreaded getting a new phone because of the long process, but he made it so easy and simple. He also answered all of my questions and I was able to feel confident with my purchase because he explained everything.

When I went to see if the specific gaming laptop I wanted was in bestbuy I found it and I was really happy. When I asked a staff member about some things about the laptop he was really nice and he explained some things to me about the laptop!

Picked up my computer from Geek Squad (Marco). He was able to walk me through logging on and making sure everything worked prior to me leaving. Very patient and very helpful young man.

If you want to buy a tablet or computer they usually try to sell you the older models that are going obsolete. Do you're own research and dont trust the sales staff.

I came into the store because my current laptop was not working. Tom knew right away what was wrong with my laptop. Tom was super knowledgeable and helpful while going through new laptops with me. He helped me narrowed down what I actually need and not trying to oversell me. I ended up buying a new Surface Pro. Thank you for for awesome help Tom.

Clearly Best Buy employees don't care. They don't care if store looses business because their management won't budge on pricing their loss not mine. According to employee there best Buy does price match if they are willing to match the price. According to the employee they price match items sold by Amazon and Amazon direct items. Not sellers through amazon ohh well they lost my business 399$ for Asus ax88u router I don't think soo told the lady. Amazon here I go! Got same.router off Amazon for 360$ free shipping

Horrible service dealing with a package that was not delivered but status said it was delivered before Christmas. They have been contacted multiple times to deal with this and have promised to contact me back each time within 24-48 hours.no contact and have not refunded my money on almost 2 months.we will never purchase anything online Best Buy again.

Ordered online for pickup of an order for $800.
Showed it was in stock. Confirmation email that it was waiting for pick up and all. Drive the half hour to pick it up only to wait for 20 mins for them to find the iPad.then told they're sold out.

Very simple, I live in Alberta. Ordered security cameras. Tried to call them to have my wife come pick it up with her ID, no help online or chat which is offline with the 2 outsource support staff you have paid out of country. (India)

It is Covid times and it was a simple request to add my wife to come pick it up.it is 2020 coming up 2021 and it takes 2 days to contact the store? The post office and everything on the planet lets you pick up in same house hold and yet you guys don't have a system worked out for this?

C'mon best buy, this is a joke.

Geek Squad is a scam. Even after cancelling they still charging me. Now I might need to change my credit card. Phoned bestbuy and they dont help. Geek Squad cant prevent their system errors and how they gonna help others.

Being the largest retail store in town for electronic devices, it is pretty hard to find another electronic store who beat theirs prices, you can find better prices I think but it has to be online, but if you are no inclined to do so as miself, don't look no more further.
They have very attentive staff to help you out
Even though there are days where the rush is too much so it is hard to find someone to help you out.
Overall is a good is a good experience every time I go there.

Worst service ever I don't recommend it to anyone to go there I tried to install a screen protector on my Samsung S10 plus and the guy who did it wrecked it and told me it's not sticking and that it was the wrong one for that phone which is I bought it from Samsung store they ended up giving me a new one which is it was short on the screen and fingerprints all over on the plastic piece from underneath I don't recommend this place

Very friendly staff. Had no issues at all after I bought a product and found it cheaper elsewhere. No arguments or discussion from service counter. They matched and even beat the competitors price. Very good and friendly service.

I have spent thousands of dollars at this Best Buy and today when I went to bring in a receipt for a game pre order that never came out just to ask for my ten dollars back they refused to give it to me claiming too much time had passed for them to do anything they did not offer me a store credit or any way of resolving the matter I will not be returning here and recommend to everyone I know that they do the same!

I saved for in-store delivery of my blue Logitech keyboard. Employees lied and told me they don't have. Asked for help in looking at the back for it was told there was none. Liars. System clearly said so and they lied saying system was glitched. Best Buy FB said to call and they indeed had it so I traded my black one for the blue. Employees too lazy to go to the back and check. And one employee tried pranking me what a dummy.

30 days Return policy does not match up to 90 days at Walmart, Canadian tire and Home Depot. I buy from those store instead of bestbuy since I can get a price match. You can get apps like Flipp on your smart phone that help you with finding deals. Also, their sales people are no longer products experts. You can find YouTube videos that offer unboxing and honest reviews by very well renowned experts. You can just buy the product you like from online retailers like Amazon with free shipping. Companies are even offering online grocery shopping and store pickup.

The staff at this location have been PHENOMENAL, helping me to deal with an online purchase that went bad. They had no part of my bad purchase, but have been VERY polite and understanding.
The company as a whole, I would not give one star. The 1800 people need to get their ducks in a row. It has been nothing less than a darned migraine. But to give credit where it is due, the staff I dealt with were a ray of light in an obscene amount of frustration.
Thankyou to the front line workers.
We appreciate your work.
Won't ever make a big purchase again at a store or online, but at least the workers are wonderful. Above and beyond.

I will never buy appliances from BestBuy again. I have never been more frustrated regarding a purchase in my life. Back in November I ordered a fridge, stove and microwave hood range from this location. They were special order items and so I had banked on their being a delay in delivery. Delivery Dec 27th, as the earliest date all of the items could arrive together. I had irrevocably arranged for my old fridge and stove to be removed the night before. The 26th came and no confirmation call, so end of day I called the delivery service and lo and behold there wasn't going to be a delivery, yes, it had been scheduled, but the fridge had been delayed (why wasn't I notified of this?) until they didn't know when and they couldn't deliver the stove without the fridge unless I went down to the store. Boxing day, great, so all of their phone lines were down. I went down to the store at 6pm to be told that the warehouse was now closed so that they would tell me nothing what-so-ever about any of the appliance (the delivery person had told me the stove was in town, but could tell me nothing more), but said maybe the fridge would be available by the 7th, maybe. They did compensate me enough for a mini fridge so my food could last the night. I proceeded to ask if they could deliver the stove, or if I could pick it up, they said they would check first thing and call me the next day. Next day, not a single call, and the phone lines were still closed for business. I called the delivery service and they still knew nothing but they at least could get a hold of the store, who also still know nothing as the warehouse knew nothing. Yeah, no one KNEW anything. Also, they said they would call me back as soon an the warehouse info came through.no call back. I called the delivery line again later in the evening, who called the store, still nothing. The next day, the same thing. Finally I called the delivery line and got them to patch me over to the manager. He said that he'd called the high ups because no one knew what had happened to the stove and why it wasn't available. Low and behold it had been damaged and no one left a note to that affect. They had to reorder it from the manufacturer. Great, ok, I picked up a hot plate and a toaster oven to tide me over. At least I know right? The fridge was delivered mid January, thankfully I ordered a counter depth, because although Bestbuy's sales guy noted to leave the doors off for delivery (old house, small doors), the delivery guys outside said "uhh, we can't do that because of the warranty would be voided because the water in the door", but it fit so at least that incompetency didn't cost me anything. Well, it has been a month and I still have no delivery date for the rest. They have said vaguely "end of January, and we can't tell you more than that". Well, it is the end of January, you try cooking for 8 people on a hot plate for an entire month with 0 date for delivery. To crown it off, I received a call from Bestbuy yesterday saying that the warehouse sent them a message that I need to pick up my microwave. I told him that their warehouse doesn't even do pickups it was scheduled to be delivered this entire time and btw, "where is my stove? " He said, oh, um, it should be here Saturday, no wait, delivery Monday (he doesn't even know that they don't do Monday deliveries, I know more about their company now than all of their employees apparently). I asked him to sort out the delivery of the microwave with the stove as agreed upon. He said that he would and would call me back. Well.no call. Well guess what, delivery line had no delivery date and ZERO information, but she will most certainly call the head office and they will *call me back*. ARGH. I would cancel my order, but after sinking 2 months and several thousands of dollars into it, it feels a little late for that. Also, I am afraid that they would say "oh sorry, to cancel your order you will need to come into the store and also, there is a restocking fee" Do yourself a favour, order large appliances from somewhere like the HomeDepot
