Bought ram from best buy 115$ and it was faulty be careful when buying from these clowns they sell bad electronics

Bought AirPods here a year ago, staff member assured me that I should buy their in-house warranty as dealing with apples warranty was a pain and theirs was comprehensive, I could simply bring them in and they would simply replace them for me. Came in today to use the warranty and they told me it was easier (and free) to just use the Apple one. Glad to know I wasted my money and time with their services.

Had great a expirence, Eli helped me switch my phone plans over to Virgin Mobile to lower my monthly bill. I highly recommend using Best Buy for all your cellular service needs!

I came in today with my new Apple Pencil that didn’t work and they quickly replaced it and made sure it connected. Great service. Thanks everyone I appreciate it!

Good products but the automated phone system they have is horrible I just want to ask some one a couple quick questions not sitt for 30 min trying to get through the automated portion
