The staff was impressive.the younger ones were very attentive, everywhere we walked through the store.the older ones were knowledgeable of what was the better deal for what we asked for.
Also, when they couldn’t answer, they didn’t abandon us- but led us to someone who could assist.
Thank-you for being a connected solid team of associates here. We really appreciated it because we drove far and enjoyed walking out happy- spending less than we thought. Yes, we will be shopping at this Best Buy as our personal preference.

Possibly the most frustrating customer service experiences I have encountered.

My husband and I spent over an hour waiting to see if my current laptop under full warrantee could potentially be replaced. Eventually coming to the conclusion, that I must purchase a brand new laptop, after sending it away for diagnostics for a week.

I run my own business on the side, so having this replaced in a timely manner was my only option. Upon purchasing a brand new laptop, it was explained, it was not in stock so I would need to have it shipped directly to the store. (I also live 1.45hrs from the closest Bestbuy). I ventured into the store over a week later and was told the laptop had an issue upon arrival and was sent back for a replacement, which they did not notify me of. Very frustrating to drive almost two hours into town for this. They then said this time around that they could in-fact send it directly to my home. It’s now been over a week and I have still not received my purchased item, when they had promised it would be there within 2 days. Contacting them has been a joke as they called and left a message asking me to call back without any call back number and trying to reach any store branch just send you to centralized Best Buy directory who could not help. The third time I went in the manager gave me they direct email in which they have not responded to.

I have never made a negative review in my life but this is getting absurd as I expressed the urgency in getting a working laptop. We will certainly never be purchasing another item from this business in the future.

Buyers beware.

Geek squad at this location helped me with my broken phone. Agent Komal was very patient with all my questions and remained positive and professional. She found the right experts in the store to talk to. Akhil helped me to get a deal I was happy with and I left the store happier than I though I could

I have seen a lot of racism at this location more often. I dont know why Best buy kept those kids inside of their company. Best buy need to send under cover to investigate. I can tell you.the company will loose customers. I will never ever go to best buy.any more. Thank you To Staples for their great customer serive.

Why is the store not open earlier in the day? Most other stores that offer computers, tvs, and appliances are open at 9 am or 10 am. I am very disappointed, I drove into the city to get some shopping done.

More of a review of geek squad but there service was amazing they had my computer back in 2 days and the employees were super friendly

The staff have been very helpful here over the several times that I have been at this Best Buy, ranging from an air conditioner to laptops. The staff definitely know what they’re talking about. The staff are very friendly knowledgable understanding of current situation.

I called to ask a question before I came to buy an Oculus Quest 2. They do not have an option to speak to a human - so I bought it at Walmart.

I walked in was greeted and was given directions I was asked if I needed help in cell phone area. I said yes and she kept walking to help someone on the computer. And then after wandering around and around the area for 10 minutes. Occasionally asking workers who told me it wasn't their area. I left.

This Best Buy is absolutely the worst! Never have products they say they do online, can't phone before hand to check, and then staff are completely useless at helping in store! Has happened multiple times where the online search says they have items in stock and then when I go to pickup they don't have the item and have no solution for getting it to me!

The extended warranty on appliances is not worth it. Customer Service is run out of Bogota, Columbia. Agents are impossible to understand and do not help. They simply state that you are not "in the system", when it is their lack of skills (verifying that they spell your name properly) that is the issue. Geek Squad REQUIRES filling out forms online. There are no exceptions for the visually impaired or those who do not have access or skills with technology.

I bought extended warranties to avoid such issues. I should have saved my money or bought from a company that cares about after sales service. Truly disappointing.

I've come into this bestbuy twice with the intent of buying a laptop but not receiving any assistance. The staff just lean on boxes chatting to each other while I stand in front of something I'm obviously interested in and no one speaks to you.

Initially I had a bad experience outside of this store. It was with the geek squad phone protection call centre.

Went to talk face to face wjth these people at Best Buy and we were able to exceed my expectations and make things right.

Need a cell phone or tablet. Go see these guys!
