Would like to thank “Bobbie” for awesome customer service, look forward to coming back!
Came in to return an x-box controller, as I had purchased the warranty, went to customer service to see what my steps were, customer service gave me the details on how to get my product returned, upon leaving you customer greeter “Bobbie” noticed me leaving with my old controller and paper, asked if everything was satisfactory, I said I was just leaving to fill out these forms online to return my controller, Bobbie said she could help me do that right here in the store, she proceeded to the customer service desk and filled out what I needed, stated I should be getting an email in 5-10 mins, if I wanted to shop the store and return when I receive it, she’ll get everything completed for me! And she did, saved me allot of time and another trip I. Case I had questions!

Just the worst experience. Do not ever get protection plans from them.

Simply brought in a bluray player that wasn’t working. Service plan all good.

45 days later, I get it back because Best Buy doesn’t want to fix it or exchange it. A month and a half to be told they didn’t feel like it. Took them over a month to decide that while I’m left in limbo.

No consideration or reason to shop there again.

Absolutely amazing customer service from JJ today! I was up for a device upgrade with my carrier, he did everything to make it happen - in the end I ended up switching providers and getting a different phone due to circumstances beyond his control. JJ answered all my questions patiently and made the transition as smooth as possible. We will definitely be back as soon as our other lines are up for renewal.

This review is directly for Gage a sales associate at the grande prairie location. He is the only person I and my boyfriend will ever deal with at this location cause he seems to be the only one that knows what he is talking about. He has helped us with more than a handful of purchases & even when it comes to warranty he always makes sure it’s a smooth process for us, he is phenomenal. If you go into bestbuy I recommend specifically asking for him if you need help. I’ve found out he actually researches a lot of the products in store to be able to better help the customers.

Bought extended warranty had an issue with the camera broke they want $200 service fee that you don’t get back plus the price of the phone which you get back. Once you send a loaner phone back not happy customer they said it was in the contract but obviously it was in the small print, so I’m cancelling my extended warranty not happy customer

Order new washer dryer, placed order. Next day get a call that they canceled our order. Tell us we tried to contact you. No contact was ever made now wait 5 days to replace our funds. Won't deal with best buy. Couldn't leave 0 stars

JJ in cell phone department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a new phone and he walked me through setting up and transferring info from old phone to my new one. Exceptional service!

They never seem to have stock because Best Buy thinks GP is to small and can order online. Something I wish they tell you before you purchase is bring help if you’re buying a big item because they’re not allowed to help you load it. Not sure how they thought 1 person can load a fridge.

Always the worst customer service imaginable. Unfriendly staff who are unapproachable or knowledgeable in their products. I’d give no stars if possible.
Also Bo was very unprofessional in my last experience.

New employee JJ and another employee, Michael, were SUPER helpful in getting me a new phone as I just turned 18 and am trying to get on my own phone plan. JJ sat with us for a good hour and a bit, helping me find solutions to every little inquiry I had. Michael was also very helpful as he was guiding JJ along. Both of these gentlemen showed exceptional customer service and we will be returning with pleasure:)

Staff is helpful as they can be but abysmal stocking volumes. Out of the last 10 times I’ve been in the store to purchase items, they’ve had the product maybe twice. I’m not talking about unique items or buying at Christmas time, these are regular common items, any time of the year. Drones, batteries, air tags, air pods, iPhone cases, etc, etc.yes they can order it in but why would I when I can order it online and get it way faster? That, coupled with the fact that they don’t open until 11 am and what’s the point. This is why online shopping is outcompeting retail.

I went with my friend to help her purchase a tablet / laptop and Bradley helped us. I’ve worked in sales and definitely haggled him a fair amount because I wanted my friend to feel confident in he purchase. He was so well versed in everything and got her a great deal.

Terrible service. They auto renew memberships without authorization. Takes 2 weeks for a call back from a supervisor. Staff openly blames other staff for making mistakes and that is why the call back is taking so long. Unbelievable terrible service and management.

I will never buy another thing from best buy not even a bag of candy half of your product isnt on the shelf at this location
