They made me order something online because it wasn’t in stock and then three days later my package still hasn’t arrived but what i ordered is back in stock.never go to red deer best buy or any best buy for that matter.

I was at Best Buy today to look at clock radios. An employee told me where they were and I wasted 15 minutes searching for them. I found another employee and asked him where they were. He consulted with another employee, and then he told me that the store doesn’t stock clock radios but that I could find them on their website.
I went home and spent over an hour trying to find one with the features I wanted but anytime I closed the page of a specific model, the website would sent to back to the start of my search. Not only that but the search for an “electric alarm clock” also showed irrelevant items like night stands and bike locks
Sorry, I can get better results by searching Amazon

Cannot contact store for TV replacement under my geek squad warranty. The online tool is of no help, and niether is the phone number provided, it seems you cannot contact this store at all. The last time I spoke with bestbuy/geek squad I was informed I'd have to contact the store of purchase to arrange to have my TV swapped. This is impossible as I cannot contact the store at all and I live 6 hours away.

I went to get an image enlarged. It was not super busy but every employee was helping someone in there department.
The shipping department employer had a question for the manager or supervisor. She was being very impatient and almost didn't let him speak. I was embarrassed for the poor guy.
Now as for my order she asked another employee (Mathiew) who I believed worked in another department to assist me. So he did and was very helpful and made sure my order was exactly what were were trying to figure out and even gave me extra helpful advice for later purchases.
Thank you for being kind.
There is absolutely no need to treat staff in such ways infront of customers.

Had a good experience with the sales staff, unfortunately the tv I bought was all cracked and looked like it was dropped prior to boxing up the tv, big dent in the top with damage on the Styrofoam packaging, no damage on box though, hopefully I hear back soon

Do not shop here. Staff are unhelpful, dismissive and only seem interested in selling warranties that they refuse to honour. Store is filthy, staff are lazy and opportunistic, and by all accounts managers seem non-existent. Straight up scammers one and all. Guy who "helped" me lied to my face about product features and kept bringing up the warranty instead of answering any of my queries relevantly. He walked away without another word when it became apparent that I was only interested in the product without warranty. Buyers beware indeed.

The Best Buy staff were pleasant. Unfortunately the prices weren’t comparable to others & some staff had unpleasant odor when being approached. Cleanliness is apart of customer service. As a customer, I can’t spend a significant amount of money at a store that doesn’t follow protocol on proper hygiene cause it’s disrespectful.

Horrible customer service, best buy had this watch for $179 and I got the customer service representative to unlock the cabinet and bring the watch to the front for me to purchase it and turns out they put multiple of these watches in the wrong spot and it wasn’t $179, so I proceeded to ask if they could match the price and they told me no and then I asked to speak to a manager and they told me no. Not a good experience.

BEST EXPERINCE EVER. EVEN THE LONG WAIT IN LINE WAS WORTH IT AFTER WORKINF WITH THE CERTIFIED ADVISOR ELLIS.

He was polite. To the point. Informative. He also expressed his love for his job and coworkers. I will never shop electronics anywhere else. And hopefully we will be able to deal with ellis on our next visit for our desk top computer!

Mason has been absolutely amazing at the Red Deer store. He is patient and eager to find a solution. He went over and beyond his duties to resolve things with my wireless concerns. Very friendly and a prime example of outstanding customer service. Well done Mason, 5 starts well deserved.

Don't bother ordering something from Best Buy. They will claim it's available, take your money and then cancel the order a few days later.
I reached out to customer service and they told me to just order again but it is now out of stock. Not helpful.

Atrocious customer service that you can’t call the store directly to speak to a person who works there to ask questions or inquire about a product at that location. In 2022 so un-acceptable & un-necessary. I will never shop there simply based off this principle.

Had troubles with a $1500 MacBook and I had just passed the 30-day return policy. But I had amazing help from two wonderful workers. They exchanged my laptop and got me a brand new one. They also informed me of the Best Buy Protection Plan and got me signed up. I suggest going to Best Buy employees over Geek Squad. This helped me so much financially. I'm so grateful. Thank you so much!

Okay, I gotta say I’m both happy and upset with this store. Happy they were able to get us a new laptop in, but earlier I received a call from the red deer location, missed the call, but no message left, no email or anything stating if it was in or not. So decided to call the store, just got an automated message but no chance to actually talk to anyone. Can you actually fix that because it’s annoying when I

Usually get asked by staff if I need assistance. And they're always friendly and usually knowledgeable. Some products that are the same are in different areas so it's difficult to do side by side comparison

Went to get parts installed on my computer and was given an estimated 3-4 days, it took 10 and when i followed up about the issue i was given inconsistent answers.

Terrible, they wont return anything or give a store credit for anything past 30 days, so if you shopped before Christmas you better be on the ball or you cant return things, so don't shop here in advance of Christmas. Best Buy is going down hill fast.oh and you cant call a store with any concerns.

Came in today with my mom to get help with an order mistake at customer service and was met with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a store ever. The workers name was Jen, and before even reaching the customer service desk she was dead face staring at us, no smile, no hello, told us we basically were wrong when trying to get help, wouldn’t give helpful info and basically just argued with us and turned us away. We got help from another worker, Sultan, who was super informative and friendly and returned us to the customer service desk to tell Jen to refund us the amount that we asked earlier. When attempting to check out Jen gave us attitude and told us it “was the last day they’d do this for us” in a condescending and rude tone and then basically argued with us about how we were wrong again. She even said they were “going above and beyond” to do the refund when they were just honouring a deal they had in place when we bought our item that we didn’t receive. Please someone fire her or change her attitude. Very upsetting/rude customer service coming from the one who is supposed to help customers.
