The staff doesn't care about the customers rude as hell, came in to get a new phone and the guy treated me like I was not going to be able to pay for the phone when I specifically told him I was paying in cash. Worst experience of my life.

Mustafa working at Best buy Shawnessy Br is very helpful with a great customer service.
We went there twice to buy over the range microwave appliance and supported us each time explaining all our questions on the products. Thank you Mustafa.

Prices are good, but they walk a fine line between providing great customer service and being very annoying. Was asked five times, "Can I help you " you can decide if that is the service you want.

Best experience i have ever had at a Best Buy ever yesterday! I was helped by a gentlemen named Rhys in the Laptops and Computers Section, ill be recommending to my friends to stop by and see Rhys if they need any help in that department for sure! He went above and beyond and answered all my many questions. Super helpful, insightful, caring, professional, insightful and definitely someone to keep around! He helped me find exactly what i needed and truly was looking out for my best interest! If your looking for great service this is definitely the best buy to go to!

The worst store I have ever shopped. We purchased a PC and they didn't have it in stock so they ordered it to come in the store but we had to pay full price in advance. The next day we decided that it is not worth to wait for product that Best Buy could not specify when it will be in the store for pick up and we asked for a refund. They refused to cancel the order and refund the money despite clear declaration on the receipt that they will refund all unused purchases within 30 days. The sales people are saying that it is their verbal policy that money can only be refunded once they receive this PC in the store (which they don't know when that would be) and they claim that written statement on the receipt doesn't stand against their verbal policy. I have never heard that you cannot cancel the order within 24 hr window time and get your money back. Basically we paid for product that we don't have and we have to wait until it arrives in the store to get our money back, plus no guarantees when it will be there. Unbelievable, I had to check my address to see in which country I live.

I returned a product slightly later than the return policy allowed for, and the rep, Kay, at the returns counter was absolutely amazing! She didn’t make me feel bad for coming a few days after, and made sure to get approval so I could get my money back. She was so friendly and helpful! I appreciated her so much. The store is lucky to have her!

Asad was very pushy even when I was on the phone before I even talked to him. He asked me what colour iPad Pro I wanted and I told him black. The box was not opened until geek squad put on the screen protector then it was put in a case. I now noticed it’s a silver iPad and not the black I requested. He was very unprofessional to deal with when I was there. I assume he used to be a car salesman. Overall a terrible experience

ASAD was a terrible costumer service that I have encouter, lack of good attitude and very bad costumer service. I bought a laptop yesterday and they give me a wrong laptop so i decided to go back and return it and exchange it for a better one. I just want to know if by any chance i can get any discount or anything in return for thier mistake. And Asad insist that its not thier fault and nothing that they can do what so ever, even the young guy who give me the wrong laptop yesterday admits that its his fault. Actually i called sick to my job just to exchange my laptop because they give me the wrong one and i got this POOR service in exchange? Its a nice place actually and friendly poeple but there is a one guy ruining it.

What a great experience! I was able to find what I was looking for quickly and I was provided expert advise on the products I was shopping for. Bonus the items I was looking for were on sale! The staff is exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful even when it came to loading up the items purchased. Thank you Tyler, Kay, Mei and Vandy for all your help with my purchases.

I recently visited Best Buy with an issue regarding my phone's connectivity with my Tesla. I was fortunate enough to come across Atharv, a mobile associate at the store, who provided outstanding service and demonstrated exceptional expertise in resolving my problem. From the moment I approached Atharv with my concern, he greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanour. He patiently listened to my issue and quickly diagnosed that the problem was with my phone (as it was really old) rather than the car. Updated Review 05/25/2023 Jacques in the Geek Squad dept.gave me excellent service today. I had an issue with my Z Flip4 which turned out to be a screen protector issue not a hardware issue. I wish I would've brought it to him first, instead of leaping to a worse conclusion. I created a service ticket through the website, but because of me not being able to understand the CS rep I decided to go to the store to see what the process was.
Long story short, Jacques fixed my issue with my cell and cancelled my service request,

Once upon a time this was a Future shop. It's now a (Obviously) a Best Buy. I go to this location, because it's the closest to where I live. They have a good selection of headphones, which my son happens to collect lol. Other then that, it's actually one of the smaller locations in the city. I find it easier to navigate, and the staff are pretty friendly as well.
One feature that I really like about Best Buy, is the ability to reserve an item online. They will keep your item behind the counter for up to 24 hours.

Buyer beware don’t buy anything online from GQTECHINC a seller from Best Buy Canada. I have had issues with them for weeks, on a return. I bought 3 IPads mini refurbished, first generation for my young grandkids. I didn’t realize that the old iPad, you can play the newer games that my grandkids wanted to play. So my daughter, did not except them, on April 17, she took them back to the post office and dropped them off. I bought one iPad from GQTECHINC, ($115.50) which I haven’t received a refund yet. They say they haven’t received it yet, it sounds dodgy to me, when the other two, I bought from a other seller Electronics ($104.98) from Best Buy, received them, and I have received my refund back.
