Very bad customer service, wait for a long time to return something. There is lots of cashiers but only one person on return and he doesn't know what he is doing… so disappointment.

What terrible customer service priority. I'm currently waiting in line to pick up an item I purchased online to make the experience as "in and out" as possible. Two guys working, six people waiting not being served and the one guy tells the other guy to go tag up some newly arrived online orders. I personally have been in line over 15-minutes and counting. I'm appalled with the blatant disregard for providing even basic levels of care. My own fault for needing an item quickly that they have in stock.

The experience and help and joyfullness Raman brang me while I was purchasing my laptop was absolutely incredible, he was not only amazing to conversate with but he also was honest and knew all of the questions I had regarding the product!

Good job Raman! Best experience I’ve ever gotten from any store!

Employees are the most braindead people I have ever met. One of the till computers was down and it took them over 45 minutes of blankly staring at the screen to finally make a call to their manager to reset it. Nobody cares about their job here. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

False advertising.wasted 3 hours in line, 20 minutes with a customer service agent confirming the promotion deal only to turn around and try to charge more than $400 more than the promotion.

Sick a tired of pissing away perfectly good money on laptops from this place that are basically paper weights. If I buy products from there at your store it is your job to instal and make sure they’re functional otherwise WHY BOTHER CONTINUING TO SHOP AT BRICK AND MORTAR STORE!? !? !?

They are very rude and they don’t care about someone time. They ask you for wait in line for 2 hours and then say sorry. It’s not place to shop. I wouldn’t recommend.

I have never been more embarrassed
I simply went to return / exchange a device that I bought off contract within my 14 days to return. They kept me waiting for 45 minutes just to tell me they won’t be selling me any more phones due to the increased fraud that the store has experienced and it costs them too much money to sell me a phone and return it. The manager from the mobile kiosk refused to come speak to me professionally and explain to me why I am not entitled to purchase a phone from them anymore. She hid in the back room and made someone else talk to me. Your store made me feel like a criminal and I’ve told EVERYONE I know about this and they won’t be purchasing from you or any locations in Ontario or Edmonton. You lose one customer today but I can assure you the more I bring awareness to this you will lose more. I did absolutely nothing wrong and the assistant GM even told me that but yet I’m treated like a radical?
You’ve permanently lost my business.

Worst Sales Associate. Her name is SUSMITHA. Tried to be oversmart when I was there to purchase a laptop on Black Friday. Doesn’t have much knowledge about the product. In addition, she didn’t provide me the complete information about the Financing. The Worst thing she tried to charge more Admin Fee as I paid earlier different one. Must be fired these kind of employees who mislead the customers. Hope so Management will seek this matter

Even though the store was busy, we were served professionally. Raman went above and beyond by answering all my questions. He explained everything in details and his recommendations helped me make up my mind. Navneet also was a great help!

This is my first shopping experience here but won't be the last.

Went in to see Geek squad for some laptop issues. Every employee I spoke to was wonderful and they went above and beyond helping me. My laptop died on me in the middle of university finals and the staff seemed to sense my urgency and found a solution immediately. I genuinely appreciate how kind and helpful all the staff I spoke to were

Have shopped at this location for all of my needs and every shopping experience of mine has been pleasant. The customer service from the staff is amazing. They are always available and ready to help.
A few months ago I had an issue with my washer that was purchased through this location and I had a great experience being helped by Baljinder. She was able to help me resolve my issue with ease and provided me with a full solution. Just a few days ago I had the pleasure of being helped by another associate Karan. Karan helped me and my family with our cellphone upgrades. He took his time and helped us with 5 new cellphones and porting our carrier services as well. Then after we were helped by Mansi. Mansi helped us with the purchase of a new TV and soundbar. She took her time to show us various options and was able to put together a package that we couldn't resist.
All in all I would like to say kudos to people like Baljinder, Karan, Mansi and many more who take their job seriously and make the shopping experience of customers quick, easy and memorable. Thank you guys for your excellent customer service guys.

Very happy shopping experience. Picked up an online order. The process was very fast and smooth. Also asked store colleague if they would March a competitors price and wqs able to get product for competitors price. Thus us what retail shopping should look like. With so many online options, more retailers need to be like this location.

My first experience with Best Buy was not great, and I am not looking forward to shopping with them at this point. The employee I had to interact with couldn't speak English and didn't act in a polite and commonly accepted way.

Your typical electronics store stuffed with toys and laid back sales people. Floor space is limited between Black Friday and Boxing Day. Sales associates are somewhat knowledgeable in their realm but a huge hit or miss depending on the person.

I visited this location last weekend to replace my cracked phone screen.
I was directed to customer service where a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable "trainee" (so said his badge) named Areesh. The glass was not in stock so he ordered it for me to pick up in store.
If I was rating your store by his service, it would be shiny glowing 5 ️'s
Today I picked up the glass and went where I was directed to get your staff to install since I have the Best Buy Protection.
I was met by the most unpleasant woman named Rupi.
She asked how can she help. I told her why. She then looked down and continued what she was doing said it's $10 for install. I told her I had a plan, she said I'll be right with you.
She then walked me over to geek squad with a huge line and said they can help you here go sit down.
Noticing there were only 2 staff I asked one of them if it was just them, he said yes, I'm sorry.
So I went back to where I met with Rupi.
She was not there but there was another gentleman who apologized and said someone will be right here.
Grisham, installed it for me while Rupi came back smirking saying, they couldn't do it for you?
I said as a matter of fact NO. I continued to tell her that I was told to come to this station and you could have done it.
She stood there arguing with me that she was busy.
1. Don't ask how may I help if you have no intention of helping.
2. If you are sooo busy why are you standing here arguing with me?

I told her I was done talking to her, she said she was done talking to me.
I am not an unreasonable person, had she taken the time to be polite and use her customer service skills and explained the situation, I would be more understanding.

Please send Rupi for more training.

Once again, you have failed as a customer service representative.
It is almost impossible to get through on the phone, also the hyperlink provided does NOT WORK.

I went in this store to buy a coffee machine. I compared its price with Walmart. So I asked the employee for price comparison, then he said it’s not be done and this was not the customer satisfaction even he said if you wanna to go anywhere then you will go. This is not a good customer service. I was really disappointed from his service. Even other best buy gives us. When I said I wanna to talk with your supervisor then he said I am the supervisor here. I will never go there.
