Jodie and Russell were awesome to deal with. Jodie brought us to Russell and he made sure we got the best warranty I have ever seen on a TV that covers accidents from kids and pets. I’m not sure why you would buy a TV anywhere else with that kind of coverage. Thanks so much Russell and Jodie:)

Only great things to say about the staff here! We came in to get new phone plans and were helped by multiple people including Jayran, who stayed past the end of his shift to help us. He even offered us snacks and drinks while we waited. Thank you!

Slow service.

Walked in for a refund in evening. Notified that I needed help, waited, then had to notify multiple staff to get service again. Staff had trouble and paged another member, finally served 5 mins after. Total of 20 mins later. Daytime service might be better.

Went today to buy a Kindle, all the workers were either busy with another customer or just talking between them. I waited 10 minutes. Then went to the register to ask for someone and they said would send a worker to help. Waited 15 more minutes and no one ever came came. They didn't even apologized.

Jay is amazing - I purchased a lot of appliances from Best Buy and he helped me immensely with choosing products, getting me the right deal and sorting things out. Highly recommend this Best Buy and Jay as an advisor.

Fine location if you like being followed around the store by 20 sales staff who hover and watch your every move.they even marched me from my aisle to the till, and when i said i wanted to go and double check the price of the item they looked panicked that i wanted to roam unattended.so uncomfortable.they were breathing over my shoulder every second.will not be returning to this location

Purchased $1700 phone from Best Buy. Asked if I bought a $60 screen protector if they would install it and was told no, it would cost $10.

Please, avoid it!

I thought it was just coincidence with this company in Winnipeg but everything is the same. They will push you to leave store if you demand refund 3 times. Save your nerves and money!

Wait times for assistance was quite long, but the staff were super nice and got me what I needed.

I was in search of very basic product and inventory information. Called and an automated message told me 5 times in 1 minute not to call with no other option. A tech store that doesnt know how to use a phone. I called customer service and it will take up to 24hrs for them to figure out how a phone works to get back to me. Use smaller chains no customer service

Poor customer care. The first person who helped me walked off and passed me off to another person. The next person did not listen to me well enough, as I found out when I got home, and I bought a product based on their recommendation. When I got home I realized that what I bought is not what I needed. Now I have to go back again and return it. Help like this, is worse than having no help at all.

I really like coming here. Good staff, clean store and nice layout. It's nice to have a store like this close to home.

You get asked if you need anything every 5 seconds and cant even look at anything without being harassed almost constantly

Havyn was incredibly helpful in assisting me to upgrade my iPhone when Fido was being difficult about it and insisted that it couldn't happen. He spent a solid 45-60 minutes looking into the issue, making phone calls on my behalf, and eventually processing the upgrade for me all the while making sure I was receiving the best price. Definitely recommend a visit to this location!

I bought a new TV for Christmas on November 13,2020 for a delivery date of December 23,2020. SO, I have been waiting more than 1 month and I am supposed to get a call the day before delivery, December 22,2020, with a delivery time the next day within 3 hours. SO, I get a call tonight at 6: 10pm December 22,2020, telling me that the vendor just let them know that a TV that I PAID for OVER 1 MONTH AGO will now not be delivered to me UNTIL DECEMBER 30,2020! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ME, BEST BUY SUCKS! NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY SOMETHING AND TRUST THEM TO HONOUR THEIR DELIVERY TIME AGAIN.
YOU SUCK BEST BUY!

Can’t take one step without another staff member asking if we need help finding something. Maybe a Hi or how are you today. The constant pressure to buy something made me rethink shopping here. I will stick to Apple.

Good Best Buy store but the parking is quite hard to find spot. Other than that, it’s basically like any other electronic stores. Good selection

I went to the 17th Ave location on boxing day & had the most amazing experience! All of the staff were so helpful & friendly, but huge shout-out to my boys Havyn & Scout who set me up with an amazing new phone & plan. They both answered all my questions (which was a lot haha) and made sure I was aware of all the different options they had. I never felt pressured into anything, and was so happy with the phone & plan I ended up choosing. They were both so kind & funny, and expressed how thankful they were for my patience. Honestly, I hate shopping for phones or anything like that, I usually find that sales staff talk down to me or try to push me into some crazy contract I don't need, but I had the complete opposite experience at bestbuy. I ended up having to go back the next day with some follow up questions and was lucky enough to get the same staff and they were just as amazing, asking how I was liking the phone & making sure I felt comfortable using it! These guys are one of the good things to happen in 2020, and deserve some serious raises.

Do not order online from Best Buy! Their shipping times/delivery times are waaay off. Stick to Amazon - Trust me. If it's not in the store, don't buy it from Best Buy.

Good variety of electronic, technology and home items. Not the biggest in town but conveniently located in the Beltline

The service there is always timely and the people are quite knowledgeable. They try their best to make sure they get you the product you need. And no I don’t work for Best Buy.

I was always taught that if a customer doesn't make eye contact with you then do not engage them. This seems to be lost on these guys. Best buy in general is the absolute worst for staff pestering and pestering you none stop. You can tell a guy you dont need any help only to half another guy approach you about every 45 seconds for the duration of your visit there. They also have no idea what theyre talking about, know nothing about computers, and are generally annoying to talk to.

Went in for a TV purchase. The saleswoman who helped me seemed to have no clue about TVs. She said basically all TVs are the same and l should only look at price and brand name.l expected more

Awesome service & very knowledgeable staff. They pointed me in the right direction with laptops and accessories I was looking for and taught me a few things!

I brought back a 55” tv for warranty. Asked for help to bring it into the store, they said no one was available and couldn’t do anything to help. I brought the tv in on my own and asked to use my extended warranty. Store manager was not helpful and said to call geek squad. This was counter to what the sales person told us when buying the extended service. They said just bring it into the store. Still have a broken tv and geek squad did not help at all.

Amazing service with nice manager and nice staffs. We bought a coffee machine and headphones from this store 3 months ago. Hope it reopen soon to buy more gears.

Located in downtown;excellent service. In corona days they have implemented great SOPs. Parking may be an issue but overall store location is ideal.

Best buys a pretty standard store, non-commision employees make the difference always. I went in asked where the item I was looking for was, promptly was directed and quickly cashed out. Can't ask for a smoother experience

The building looks quite cool from is being on the second level. It had a lot of different things. The confusing part was some of the layout. The staff attended to us immediately and asked if we needed any assistance.

As a senior newcomer; the phone department is great.as is TV! Hav and Waqar have now spent 2 long sessions pleasantly and patiently finding great plans for phones, watches, setting them up, contacting companies and more. Our go to for here for sure!

Nice to have a location close to downtown. A little smaller than the suburban locations, but still seems to have everything.

I just had the best purchasing experience at 17 Ave Best buy with a sales associate name Havyn. I could not have been more pleased!

Bought a 75" inch TV here at a great sale price, and the staff were super helpful - even when I got one of them to help me try to wedge it into my small SUV, which of course didn't fit. They helped me carry it back inside, so I could wait for someone with a bigger vehicle to come help out!

Best customer service I have received at a Best Buy cell phone department. Very knowledgeable staff who look for the best deal.

The geek squad and mobile customer service were very patient and took their time to answer all my questions. Would highly recommend.

Much smaller the a typical BestBuy but the location is great. Parking can be a pain too but if you live inner city it's nice not to have to go way out for electronics at a decent price.
