I seriously don't know why I keep going back to this store. Every time I see something on their website and I going to inquire about it they tell me that it's not so. Several occasions they have things listed in stock at this location and when I show up, they don't have it. Deals the website says they have seem to not apply to this location on a few occasions. Services the website says they offer, they don't. I really need to stop going in here, I've not had a single good experience in a few dozen visits.

I had lost the receipts I needed to submit for a technology grant but Fisila and Wade went above and beyond to help locate and print them for me. They easily could have said it was too long ago or they couldn't find them, but instead they spent 10+ minutes tracking them down and by doing that saved me over $2500. Not only did they work hard to help me, Wade apologized for taking so long which, if anything, I felt sorry for myself that it had to take so long. Such lovely people and great customer service. Used to be a great place to go for everything, now the customer service isnt that great and they have the least intuitive website, as well as the “geek squad” who will throw out 4+ hours of your day bouncing your calls around and getting hung up on, im glad i saved the review until something good or bad happened

We bought a fridge from them and they lied to us saying the the dor can be flipped but it can't and I tried to call them but they won't accept calls anymore and I tried contacting them online but online won't help because it was an instore purchase so now we have to go spend an hour driving into this store to deal with this

I was in the store yesterday and a lovely young girl named Jade at customer service recommended I buy a fire stick. This product is by far the best I have ever purchased from Best Buy and if I ever need assistance on a product recommendation I will make sure to ask her. She was full of knowledge and expertise. Thanks for the great customer service!

Fantastic location, very good, helpful and polite staff. Everyone in there is eager to help

I must also thank a member of the Geek Squad by the name of Savannah. She was fantastic when I asked her about a solution for my laptop, she took a look suggested solutions and they all worked effectively. She also helped with my sister's Mac in getting diagnosed and sent to headquarters. Fantastic employee!

Cannot contact anyone by phone so you have to go in. I've been trying to get a screen protector they "threw in" for 2 months. They either dont have any or the amazing geek squad team are far too busy. It's a damn screen protector how long could it take to hand it to me.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! When I enter the store there were many staff around. But they really don’t want to help customers. The staff are not knowledgeable about their products and service. When I check in online they have some deals for the products but the staff don’t have any idea and they just ignore me while talking. I just spent less than 10 minutes then left because I felt they like to support some kind of special people.

If you enjoy inconvenience and staff that aren't helpful, this is the place for you.

I ask the Mobile staff a question about a problem with the brand new phone I bought from them, she can't help. Calls her manager. He has no idea how to fix the problem either. You'd think a normal customer service worker would offer options or alternatives? Lol nope!

So I call the west end store myself (after the staff at this location refused to when I asked) to confirm their Samsung rep is working and can actually help me before I drive across the city, and I find out that no Best Buy store actually has a phone number. The only option was to go to the store and speak with staff in person. Even during a pandemic!

Zero interest in customer service. Best Buy is pathetic.

Always good service in store but absolutely ridiculous i cannot call the store nor the online chat is always unavailable. Need to ask about my warranty on a $1000 soundbar that has broken a year later. Will not be shopping here again

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Came here yesterday to pick up a mouse the lady was so rude and mumbled and when you asked her excuse me to hear her again she got rude. She didn’t even seem like she wanted to be there. Lady your working at a customer service desk.do your job. At least you have one in a pandemic.

Furthermore decide to get another mouse and since this is the closest location to where we live we tried curb side pickup.the door is 15ft away I much rather would have went in.but considering the terrible customer service this seemed perfect yeah no.

They said you needed the purchaser their when in reality you only need the pickup person there. I even asked ahead of time on live chat only because you can’t call the store directly. It’s an automated message.

What a screw around.

Poor service.i went to get an item that was under warranty replaced, and not only did they not have the item in stock, they only offered a gift card for less than the value of the item in question.theb they proceeded to inform me that either I accept the gift card or the guarantee would be void. NEVER setting foot in this store again

The guy who was standing at the doors letting people in around 10 AM on Dec 26 needs to be RETRAINED. My father was in the store picking up a product and the personnel helping him told him he needed to go grab his ID, he told the guy at the door this and he went to the car and when my father got back to the door the guy refused to let him back in and told him “you need to wait in line like everyone else”. My dad was already being served inside! It took 30 mins before a supervisor had to come down and let people inside. The guy at the door did not apologize and even the lady who was serving my father wondered where my dad went because it took so long. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My boyfriend and I recently came to this location in order to purchase a few things that were on special for boxing day. Nelson ended up helping us find our Roomba and air fryer. He was very knowledgeable and kind. We are enjoying the Roomba and are currently still waiting for the air fryer to get delivered to our apartment. Thank you so much again Nelson! You are awesome!

We received top notch service buying kitchen appliances from this Best Buy team. Ali was extremely professional and the delivery people were so respectful of our home and Covid protocols. Best Buy provided ample and clear communication about our delivery via email, text and phone calls. We knew exactly what to expect and it came together as promised! I purchased a new HP computer at this location Saturday, May 18. As there wasn't any in stock, I was having it shipped to my home, because I do not drive. I called with a question Tuesday, as Best Buy's website showed it had been shipped, but I was told Canada Post hadn't picked it up. I had a frustrating time trying to talk to someone at Best Buy, including being put on a "brief hold" for 30 minutes. Store Manager Henry finally put my mind at ease, as did Supervisor Joshua. Today the computer DID arrive, but I was having issues getting it to boot up. I left a message for Henry at approximately 1pm, who was with a customer. I went into the store at approximately 4: 30pm, to return an unneeded cable, and asked the rep who did the refund to tell Henry that I didn't need a call back. A neighbour, who used to be a tech with Dell computers, helped me get my system working. Joshua was absolutely great, but the rest of the customer service team at this location is horrible.
When the computer arrived, I spent three days customizing and installing software for work and pleasure... Then the computer started shutting off at will. I am new to Windows 10, so at first I thought I did something wrong, but it continued to happen. I called Geek Squad, but they told me they wouldn't help because I hadn't bought the phone assistance package. I would have to bring it in. I told them I didn't drive when I bought it. Frustrated, I called the store, and they put me through to a Geek Squad repair person. He said I probably got a "dud", but they could order in another one for me, but I would have to pay for it, and then, when I came to pick it up, I could get a refund for the dud computer.
Today, Saturday, May 25, I returned the computer and am happily updating this on my new London Drugs computer that, including an extended warranty for repairs done at their location, cost me $190 LESS! And my computer works GREAT!

I went in to exchange headphones I had bought in January. The receipt told me that I could GO IN to any store to be helped. I went in and a worker named Skye came up and I told her my problems. She said no we can’t do that, and I said it says on the receipt right here that I can come to any store. She said no it doesn’t work like that and that I had to call the company. So I went to my car, was on the phone for 40 minutes with Best Buy customer care and they ended up telling me that they phoned the store I had been in five minutes prior, and was told that I could indeed exchange the product over the counter. So thanks to Skye, I wasted an hour +, trying to figure out how I could exchange my defective product, when the whole time, I could have done it in store anyways.
