Disappointed with this visit which is unfortunate as in early 2022 I had the most amazing service. Today a staff member came across incredibly short while installing my phone screen & having only made it into the parking lot there's already an air bubble in the center of the screen after paying extra for the installation service. Quite frankly I don't intend on ever returning to this location based off today's experience.
I will say despite this, Davya was pleasant and friendly and helped us very quickly, I did not catch the name of the other employee that spoke to us
My experience is with the Store leader! Her name is Davya! She is an excellent person! Friendly, knowledgeable and very in touch with her customers! Don't push you to buy expensive stuff but what is necessary! Daivya has a heart and soul in this job! Her smile is genuine! I would recommend everyone to her. Daivya! 1 year back, i was offered on unboxing day with laptop and phone together, which is the best deal ever, so i will suggest all the international students to go there and check for the deals if you are new in canada that might help.
The rep was very disrespectful and unhelpful, I was trying to buy a phone using the Best Buy financing program however my account needed to be activate by showing proof of identity he didn’t even wanted to talk to me or help me he just said I need to go another location which I did and in the new location I found the help needed however this location was the only one with the phone in stock for this reason I finalized the purchase online with the pickup option as soon as I walked in to get the order pickup he didn't let me talk and yell at me that I needed to pay full price for this reason I answered with firm tone I am here to pickup the phone I got an email that said is ready for pickup, in that moment he realized I was actually a customer no just a random person without money for the phone and tried to be nice very hypocrite completely disappointed hopefully I never have to use this location again
Hassan is the most professional employee I’ve ever met in any phone company business. His understanding of customer’s needs, patience to work around their budget, professionalism in every aspect of customer service is phenomenal. We always go back here and purchase all our phones and other accessories because of him. Best Buy mobile is lucky to have such a hard working employee like Hassan. Thank you for helping me and my husband by spending 2 hours with us for such complicate requests and trade-ins for two separate accounts. We appreciate your service. 5 stars for Hassan
The customer service rep was not professional at all, The only reason I purchased earbuds was because one of the best buy customer rep assured me that it can be exchanged if it's not the right fit for my ear, next day when I went back and tried to get'em exchanged I was told no, we don't do exchange or return once after box is opened.
They need to better train their staffers who are dealing with phones and plans, been there twice but no satisfactory reply and they recommend approaching the other cell phone dealers.
Hassam went above and beyond to service me today. I have been looking all over for a micro usb charger, with no luck. I went to this Best Buy mobile with also all their micro usb’s sold out, but then Hassan went above and beyond suggesting a product within that included the cable! Now that’s good service.
So nathan did you get your money back or not.if not then we should stop going to this location aswell because we always get a crazy deals from this location
Actually a good place to go to Sean employees are very knowledgeable with all the merchandise they have went and bought a laptop very very cheap price but a nice laptop store was clean everything if you want to go shop that's a nice story to go into the employees do not bother you until you ask for advice
