Quick to get in and done. Did out of province inspection here. Price is standard at around $200

Came here with a poorly cared-for car that needed some big-time TLC. Ended up needing new tires and a full bumper-to-bumper service, but Gord was absolutely fantastic to deal with, and the service was fantastic. I was recommended to come here by my wife, and will recommend this place onward to any friends and family.

I always take my car to Gordon and josh for checkups, service and anything that comes up, everyone here at Best Choice are honest and professional and will always provide a very thorough and detailed report with pricing ; and why things needed to be done and what things can wait with safety always in mind. Customer service overall at this shop is amazing and I will definitely be coming back!

My wife and I definitely got the runaround. You take the vehicle in for one thing, and on the way home you have 2 more issues that weren't there before. When my concerns were politely voiced, it was met with some hostility. After spending a couple thousand dollars on repairs here, I wish I was treated with a bit more respect and understanding when trying to have a conversation about it.

Very friendly and helpful, the mechanics answered knowledgably and were straightforward and quick. Highly recommended.

We brought our out of province car here for a safety inspection and got an appointment only a few days later. They were upfront with the cost of the inspection. Some smaller repairs will have to be done to the car, which luckily didn't interfere with the safety (even received printed quotes for the repairs), and I'll definitely be bringing it back here. They were very nice and helpful and I can only recommend going here

Great service, and very friendly and trustworthy. Did my AC recharge and it's working like a charm now.

Josh is really good at figuring out vehicle problems and explaining them to me. His mechanics are adept and careful, the work done quickly and carefully. He's been my mechanic for 4 - 5 years and my 2009 Subaru is running fine.

I got an engine oil leak inspected here. On this day they had a technician who had called in sick but they were able to quickly get my car checked.
Upon inspection, they found that the engine valve cover is loose which clogged the spark plug tubes with oil.
They asked me if I had the engine valve cover replaced recently and cause if it was then it was not tightened to spec.
I indeed had it replaced at another shop a month prior to this visit. As per their recommendation, I took the car to the previous shop to get the issue resolved without any charge.
I am extremely pleased with Best Choice Automotive and I would highly recommend their service. Kudos to the staff working there.

Took my car in because I've taken it elsewhere and the mechanics charge but don't fully fix. Or they install products they know only last a 6 months to a year.

Not only did Best Choice find everything that was wrong but also found suspect work done by another car shop.

They printed out a detailed list of all that was wrong so I was able to confront this other shop about their terrible work.

Best Choice helped me out with the price on the inspect alone cause they felt bad about how I wasn't getting good service for what I was paying at this other car shop (fountain tire). The only reason I got my car out was to get FT to refix their mistakes, but if I could I would have went to Best Choice years ago to avoid all this nonsense.

Highly recommend Best Choice. When my power steering falls apart in 4 months because I took it to FT for the 6th time, I'll be sure to take it to a shop that will be honest and make sure my money/time matters.

I cannot say enough great things about this location. We have had to deal with first choice a couple of times now, and the experience is always pleasant. They are knowledgeable, friendly, reasonable, and their customer service is second to none. I refuse to go to any other mechanic.
