Best Style Nails & Spa Ltd

Horrible experience… three days later and three nails already off. So unprofessional telling clients that they need to tip even when the job was horrible and getting mad afterwards and shaking their heads when they don’t receive a certain tip amount. I sat at this place for three hours and my nails are absolutely disgusting. Beware new owners!

Booked an appointment as the salon was close to home. As a first time customer i am super happy with the service. I got beautiful nails in a style I haven't done before. Highly recommend.

Went for manicure and pedicure. They were very polite and professional, had 2 of us done in just over an hour. Salon was clean and our nails turned out beautiful! Lots of color options too! Will be going back

The staff is incredible, friendly & awesome. They are very attentive, pay attention to detail & treat you like family with soooooo much respect. Amy is the best because she jokes with you, makes sure you are comfortable & does everything she can to keep you happy.

I was here to get my nails done and the lady who usually does them was not in. A guy did them, well tried to do coffin shape. He spent 2 hours doing my nails and still was trying to get the shape right and could not. I had to go, I did not know it would take 2 hrs to do a new set and I had another appt to be at. He told me to come back when I have time he will fix for free.
I went back 4 days later and he fixed the shape (thanks) but then did not put any color back on what he filed off and told me its $20 to change color or repaint! I said no thank you. I left, so now I am going around with nails that have no color on the sides or the top!
I will not go here again!

I had an amazing experience here. I strongly recommend going to see Amy and Cindy they are fantastic, I left feeling like a Queen.

Two of the people who accompanied me were put into a chair quite quickly, however I was left for nearly 45 minutes waiting for a tech, I did not mind this wait. When a friend of the owner walked In (without an appointment) they went ahead of me, this is when I was upset over the wait. I than decided to not give them my business as I felt this was extremely unprofessional.they apologized but offered no compensation otherwise. The nail tech of one of the people I was with also cut my friends finger very badly and did a horrible job. It bleed for the entirety of the manicure. It was so horrible that the tech switched out for a different tech for damage control. I haven’t been back for awhile because of past bad experiences, and probably will NEVER come back after this.

This place is under new ownership and it is Excellent! Very clean and professional. I recommend all the stylists because they are fun snd friendly. Best gel nails in NE for real

I have been coming to this salon for quite some time. I very much enjoyed the previous owners. Recently they are under new ownership and I am so happy with the personalized service. Every time I am there I feel so pampered and the entire staff visits and talks with me while I am there. I highly.recommend this salon. It is the best I have ever been too.
