Check-in was fast, easy, and friendly. However, you don't need to be drunk to feel the woozy uneven dips of the floors throughout the hotel. The room was nice and clean, but the bed wasn't as cozy as anticipated. The sofa was far more comfortable. There is a different breakfast menu every day, and is pretty good! The elevator, though. Reminds me of a hospital elevator. Awkwardly small and a tad creepy. Overall, it was a good experience. I would recommend this for the passerby for a night.

Room was not very clean, bathroom was dirty shower grout was disgusting. Didn't even want to showers. 3 towels with 4 ppl staying in the room.fridge did not work. Very disappointed.

Love the location, love the amenities. It is an older hotel, and it shows.wasn't sure AC was going to survive the hot. But we left before then. Otherwise really great location definitely will come back.

Chambre très décevante, lit inégale et que tu sens les resort lorsque coucher dessus, oreillers sont trop petit pour la taille de la tête qui la recouvre et la chambre sent l’humidité. C’est sans parler de la climatisation qui fait un bruit effroyable et l’insonorisation est médiocre. Pour la salle de bain on dirait qu’ils ont juste peinturer sur du vieux et en plus qu’elle n’est pas pratique tu dois rentrer dans la douche pour fermer la porte pour aller au toilette. Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel, en plus du prix déraisonnable payer.

Beds are comfortable, room was clean. Bathroom has fancy tile, but needs to be regrouted as black discoloration in shower. Lobby area modern and clean. Pool well maintained. Parking is adequate, but pretty tight.

Good hotel.
It’s relatively near the hotel and a short drive from the downtown.
Staff is freindly and room service is also great.
One thing, the pool was closed (I didn’t plan on using it so i didn’t care much but it was closed). The staff said it would open within the next couple days, we stayed for 5 nights, it never opened.
And the view is sub par. Our view was of a dumpster.

Boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and we had a great time. The hot tub and pool was open, there was a complimentary breakfast to go and they were great with changing our towels. One of downside was that our washroom was very small. It was hard to open and close the door with the toilet being in the middle, and that there was no tub available, only a shower. Only another note, due to COVID restrictions, our bedsheets couldn’t be changed.even though we were there for 4 nights.at least one bed change could have been nice. Otherwise everything else was good, and for a good price. Thanks!

Great hotel just make sure if you order on line and prepay you still need credit card for a hold on incidentals no other options available.

Worst of the Worst Hotels Ever. Poor Visibility of the Person inside the counter. OUT OF ORDER ELEVATOR. The man didn't let us Check in, just because of the Credit Card Policy, and WASN'T READY TO TAKE ANY INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT EITHER.
NEVER CHOOSE THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN.
