Staff at the front desk were polite and attentive. Our room and bathroom were spacious enough and appeared clean, but the room had a strange odor, hard to describe, possibly a chemical/earthy/smokey smell. The odor didn't seem to be anywhere else in the hotel, we only noticed it when we entered our room, so we kept the window open for fresh air. The beds were very comfortable. The room also had a small fridge, microwave and TV. The continental breakfast had a very good assortment to choose from. There was a cook making fresh omelets that were very big and delicious! We didn't make use of any of the other amenities. Other than the odor in our room, our stay was comfortable, and it's good value for the price.

Staff are friendly and courteous. Hotel was exceptionally clean. I was coming to Edmonton for the weekend and after checking out a few motels and then a few hotels, you definitely get more of your moneys worth in Fort Saskatchewan which was a short drive outside the city. I would rather drive the extra 1/2 hour to stay in a clean environment. Breakfast is included and rates are fair for today's market. Would definitely stay here again and highly reccomend.

Nice rooms, clean, but there were no real curtains for privacy and holes in the towels. Friendly staff and great breakfast

I've stayed here before with no issues. This time the room was dirty. The hotel did compensate me fairly for the problem. I assume that not everywhere will be 100%, and I've never had the issue before, so I will likely stay there again and trust that the problem was just a new staff person who didn't get the job done properly. The room itself was fine.

We've stayed here multiple times and the staff are fantastic. One of the best breakfasts we've ever experienced.

Great staff, great amenities. Just ensure you find out if there are any sports teams staying on the same floor prior to your check in. If the Hinton Timber wolves are there AVOID BOOKING AT ALL COSTS. Team is totally disrespectful to others.
