Best Western Plus South Edmonton Inn & Suites

The hotel was nice and they have very friendly staffs and great amenities.
They also have many and different meeting rooms. I have attended several meetings here.

Nice hotel in all.

Bad sleep.partiers in the room above us banging on the floor til 2am.if the room was under my name i would've asked for a discount but it was under my sister's name. Wont be back to rent for myself here.

Staff was friendly and it was clean, however we weren't given bath towels and we couldn't get ahold of anyone at the front desk, either by calling or going down.

First off we picked this hotel after calling the hotel directly to inquire if the pool was open. I was told it was and you only get a 30min slot upon booking your room. What the front desk agent did not say was that the hot tub and water slide were closed. I specifically booked because of the water slide for my kids as we had been traveling 9 hours that day.

When we went upto our room we discovered that they do not supply enough towels for the number of guest booked I to the room. When we open the pull out couch the covers were dirty and there was blood on the covers.

All in all I am very disappointed in my experience with Bestwestern and will no longer stay as there stands have dropped

I called to ask if there is an open swimming-pool because I was looking for a hotel with a swimming pool. I was told it was open. When I arrived, a very rude person informed me that the pool was closed.
I was cheated.for breakfast, I got a $0.50 bag with the contents.

The ladies who work the front desk were absolutely accommodating to my unique situation. The room was clean, large and open. The pool was well maintained and the slide seemed safe and my kids loved it. Breakfast was everything you would expect and was well stocked even though I was one of the later to join. Would highly recommend this hotel and definitely would stay here again!

They worked very hard to give us a special stay that was COViD sensitive. Great location, we had a few gremlins that were dealt with efficiently. Really appreciated the friendly front desk staff.

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.stayed the weekend with my fiancee during covid so we kept the "do not disturb" sign on our door. Out of the blue got charged $400 for "smoking" in the room because they found "ashes" on the window sil. IT WAS SOIL FROM MY PLANT. Beth the manager was not helpful one bit and refused to listen to our side of the story. DO NOT STAY HERE

I stayed at this hotel on the weekend. I checked in arond midnight and the gentleman was curt.after a few hours I went back to ask for a toothpaste but there was no one at the desk. I am a short lady so I tiptoed behind the Plexiglas and saw legs stretched out at the back. I called hello a few times but no reply.it's either he was sleeping or dead or cant seem to be bothered i gave up and bought a toothpaste from the vending machine.if someone came to rob the place that night they would have done a wonderful job. I mention this at check out but still got the cold shoulder.oh well won't be back anyway.

Overall stay was ok. Biggest concern was the room needed some fixing. Decor and furnishing worn and dated. Room was however clean and staff friendly. Would stay again if had to.
