Best Western Plus The Inn At St. Albert

This was such a happy surprise. The staff made our stay an excellent experience and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back.

Arrived late after being lied to by the Hilton, checked in and was treated almost like royalty comparatively. Kim the front desk staff was great, super friendly and worked efficiently.
Room was clean and quiet. And the shower water temperature was awesome. Never will I stay in the Hampton by Hilton ever again.

Quiet, clean, not expensive. Rooms are nice. Location is new or at least recently remodeled. Quick gas and bites to eat nearby.

They charged us for two nights and we only stayed one night they took are money and said it was non refundable they took my $250 was the worst customer service they already sold our room before we could figure something out. Would not recommend really. Snobby people too.

Everything about the hotel was great. Except for the beds. The most extremely hard mattress I have ever slept on in a hotel. It killed my back after the three night stay.

Grewal family stayed here for our hht. Very impressed with the services. We will definitely be looking forward to staying at a Best Western in the future. Also staff very helpful when we needed documents printed etc. Rooms very clean. All the amenities you would need.

This hotel is affordable and good quality for the price. Excellent service, and they welcome pets as well. We stay here every year.

Everything so close and very quiet in the hotel. Very clean and wonderful staff. Loved the family room, however; could use new beds as all sore in morning. Couldn’t get pancakes or waffles as machines took so long or out of mix but all other delicious. It’s a pretty good hotel otherwise.

Stayed for work. Close to the city but outside the core. Lots of restaurants nearby, easily walkable.

The hotel itself has parking on site, with plugs for block heaters.

The hotel rooms are nice, fairly standard for North America.

The pool and hot tub are nice, with an interesting layout.

The breakfast in the morning is very nice. A diverse mix of meal items with variation day to day. Coffee was excellent and they have travel cups if you want one to go.

I would stay again.

I almost don’t want to give a good review in fear there won’t be any available rooms when I want.
Was extremely impressed with the staff the room was awesome perfectly clean and well organized.
The breakfast was most impressive way more than I expected.
I’ve travelled a lot of the world and I most say this is in my top 10.
Definitely would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

Had a lovely stay from check-in to check-out. The rooms were in great condition, bathroom was lovely and the bed was soft. The pillows were not to my personal taste, but slept fine regardless. Complimentary breakfast is provided and there are several options for dinner within easy walking distance.
If I was being super picky - there is only one lift and it is rather slow, it could do with an upgrade.
I will absolutely be staying here again when I'm next in the area!

Having a great dtay even during covid! Tyson on the front desk is awesome! We had 2 rooms on the main lrvel with dogs and kids. Close to the pool and breakfest quite rooms close to a big park and food! Very clean great stay!

Fantastic place to stay! Slept very well. Free hot breakfast. Lots of shopping, restaurants in the area. Observing Covid protocols. Reasonable rates.

Best place in St. Albert if travelling with family, clean and well managed, breakfast was well presented, walk to local restaurants, only place i stay now when in the city.

Excellence service. Helpful to get me to a movie near by with the address and map. Very pleasant folks at the hotel. Beautiful property with nice pool and very clean. Great experience for the business traveller.

Pet room/2 queen for wife and I. Room 101. First, at check in clerk was courteous, helpful, quick, and recognized loyalty program. Right when got in room dog peeped on bed, oops. Took everything to front. Solved immediately and understandingly. Room door right beside exit so during night had no more oops. Long day so bed early and requested late check out 1: 00pm. No problems getting this. The sleep in was a great bonus to the stay. Unfortunately, missed breakfast. Didn't get out of bed until 11: 30am. But, was able to get a bagel and cream cheese:)
